My ipod will not let me put music on it, it takes forever to put music on and once ejected properly it says no music, i have tried reseting and restarting software but nothing, HELP! i need my music
my ipdo randomly deleted all its music so i had to start again adding it all, it took absolutly forever to do which was unusual and once it said completed and i ejected it it just says no music and full free space still, i tried reseting and rebooting the software and various other tips onling but nothing will let me put music on and actually keep it on my ipod.
Was the iPod previous synced to another iTunes library/computer?
Have you successfully synced from this iTunes library/computer before?
Do the songs play in iTunes?
Do you have the right boxes checked to sync?

If a reset (the method Kevin refers to) doesn't work, you'll probably need to try putting the iPod into recovery mode and restoring it:

I had same problem. I removed the back cover, and warmed wi-fi module by hairdryer of my wife). five days wi-fi works great. I do not know what will happen next.

When I try to install Itunes, I get this error: (translated from Norwegian) There was a network error while trying to read from the file: C: \ windows \ installer \ iTunes.msi I have tried many times to reinstall, but nothing helps, please help me.
(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. We tried uninstalling , tyen reinstalling Firefox, but we still get the error message that Firefox is running, and the PC won't open the browser.
We went to the Task Manager on our PC, which said Firefox was running, and told TM to close it. But, when we try to then open Firefox, we get the same error message.See:

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

So you successfully transferred the music from your iPod to your new iTunes library correct? If so, did you restore your iPod to factory settings after that? Maybe start there for now.

My ipod will not let me use all but like 3 apps fully without closing me out of the app and i can only use safari or the app store for about 10 seconds without it shutting down the app. This has been happening for about 6 months after the upgrade to ios 4. I currently have version 10.6.3 for iTunes. After downloading the new IOS7 software, my phone will not let me transfer music to it without version 11.1 of iTunes. I have gone through and downloaded the missing versions of iTunes (10.6.8, 10.7) and when i try to upload them onto my computer, I receive and error message saying I need version 10.6. Please help!Reset the phone (no data loss): press both the home and power buttons for at least 10 seconds, releasing when the Apple logo appears.

IPhone will not let me add music
My iPhone will not me add any music to it. It will not let me sync music to it, or drag music to it. I've tried clicking the box to manually manage music and that has not worked, neither has hitting the sync button. When I try to drag music from my Library the red circle with a line through comes up. When I try to sync, it just won't do it.
Then I guess I would recommend you try uninstalling iTunes and all of its components as outlined here: Windows XP, Windows Vista/7, and then reinstall the latest version of iTunes. You must follow this guide, uninstalling all of the components and in the correct order, or it will not be successful. Also, uninstalling iTunes only removes the application; it won't touch your iTunes library or data.

Have just downloaded ios7 onto my iphone 5. Now it will not let me put in my pass code. Message reads iphone is disabled. What action can I take ?
I did the same thing and my phone has been frozen for the past half hour. I am ****** as something so simple has now totally screwed up my phone. I have powered it off, plugged it into itunes to restore, and nothing works.
It keeps asking me to connect and restore via itunes which starts a process of updating or restoring and continues like it's ground hog's day. NEVER ENDING but NEVER fixed.
