- Try another charging source

my ipod wont charge so i resested my ipod and computer and i reinstalled itunes and my ipod till wont charge what should i do?
You can does that plug your iPod somewhere else like the sockets on walls because sometimes the mac is getting less power so it cant give a bit of power to your iPod if it gives the mac will shut down
If in the socket it doesn't charge get New power adapted if it still doesn't charge get a new USB cable if it still doesn't charge take it to apple :) -

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
