My ipod wont let me download 17+  apps even though I am 17?

Hello, my apple ID birthday wasnt correct, so I changed it and it will not let me download 17+ apps?

It is not tied to your Apple ID age. It is controlled by Restrictions. Settings>General>Restrictions.

  • I deleted all my photos, music, apps, ect. and it says I have no storage available. It wont let me download any apps even though I basically deleted everything on my phone

I plugged my iphone 4s into my mac to sync it and it wouldnt allow me to do so and says I have no more gb available, but again I have nothing on my phone and have barely anything synced. More than 80% is filled with documents and data???

If Other (the yellow bar) is too big something is corrupted.  The only solution (that I know of) is to restore from your most recent backup using iTunes (see http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1766).

  • My ipod wont let me add any apps even free one it says my security code is incorrect and i've checked it plenty of times, my ipod wont let me add any apps even free one it says my security code is incorrect and i've checked it plenty of times

i try to add a app and i used a prepaid card the first time i got my ipod to buy music  and then i ran out of money so then i went to get a free ap and it tells me to check my billing information... so i do everytime and it says my security code is incorrect

    Try here:
iTunes Store: My credit card's security code or zip code does not match my bank's records
To purchase an app, even a free app, requires a valid payment method.
You can however, create a NEW account that is is only good for apps by:
Creating an iTunes Store, App Store, iBookstore, and Mac App Store account without a credit card

  • My ipod wont let me download any apps from app store help !?

when i try to download anyhting from the app store it will tell me that the app requires ios 4.3 , what do i do ?

If you have iOS 4.2.1 or later on the iPod and there was version compatible with that version, then you should be able to get a compatible version by:
App Store: Downloading Older Versions of Apps on iOS - Apple Club
App Store: Install the latest compatible version of an app
You first have to download the non-compatible version on your computer. Then when you try to purchase the version on your iPod you will be offered a compatible version if one exists.

  • My ipod wont let me download free apps HELP?!?!???

    HELP?

Are you trying to purchase the apps on your iPod or on your computer (on iTunes)? Is there an error message that it is sending you? I have an iPod touch, currently version 2.2.1, which is a very old version, and the problem with me was that I could barely purchase ANY apps, free or not. Basically, since my iPod was a really old version, I couldn't purchase very many apps and in order to buy any more, I had to update my iPod to the newer software. I'm actually doing this as I'm typing this message.

  • My ipod wont let me download free apps.

Every time i try to download a free app, a sign pops up saying "SIGN IN REQUIRED: Tap continue and sign in to view billing information." and when i press continue, it wants me to put in my credit card info.

    If you want
Create a NEW account using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before.

  • My ipod wont let me download a game it tells me i dont have enough storage when i have more then enough

My ipod wont let me download a game it tells me i dont have enough storage when i have more then enough

To download and install an app the iPod needs storage available equal to about three times the file download size.
If you sync from your iTunes library less storage available is required.
    Does the app/iPod meet this?

    I Want to download i0s 5
i have ipod touch 3rd gen

You need to connect your iPod to iTunes on a computer and update from there.
Before updating, I recommend that you create a backup first, using : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1766
Please note that iPod 3d generation only goes up to iOS 5.1.1
To update the iPod, use: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4623
scroll down to the part that's about updating with iTunes.
    Good luck

My iPhone wont let me download some apps that i have payed for on on my account; it says my iPhone is not authorized for this computer, but it is.

No, iTunes never says an iPhone is not authorized.
This is occurring on a computer, correct?
Is the computer authorized for the account the media or apps were acquired with?

apps store wont let me download free app due to previous purchasing problem? help!!

Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill ? If it's not then that might be the reason that you are getting the security code error : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorizations have the correct information on file.
And/or try contacting iTunes support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Express Lane, then iTunes > iTunes Store

  • Ipod wont let me download or update apps

I have a 5th generation ipod touch but now for some reason wont let me download apps or update apps. At first I thought the apps that wont update gliched my ipod so I deleted those apps but still nothing. This started after I got iOS 8.0.2, before it was fine. What happens is I can go into my app store, go to any app but after I click install but it never asks for my password ( I haven't tried with paid apps though) the app appears on my home screen loading but said waiting, though after some time its gone. It never downloaded. This is what happens with any app I try downloading. HELP PLEASE. if you can tell me any reason or solution, please do so. Thanks

    After reading this post:
    Not downloading the applications
    at https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4254406?tstart=0
I logged out of iTunes on my device (iPod Touch 5th Gen), turned off the recommended apps on the same page, and then shut device all the way off for about 10 minutes. Powered on, logged into account, and now it downloads apps using wi-fi when before it locked and only showed the "get +" box.
