My ipods locked for like ever and it wont change what do i do

My ipod got disabled for like 22,946,308 minutes and its just stuck there i cant unlock it to out the password in and i cant reset it in itunes becuase its locked what do i do?

If problem what happens or does not happen and when in the instructions? When you successfully get the iPod in recovery mode and connect to computer iTunes should say it found an iPod in recovery mode.
If you previously synced to the computer then you may be able to recover use of the iPod without erasing the iPod by following the instructions here:
Disabled Recovery-must use syncing computer.

That has nothing to do with an update server. Do the following:

I had my personal Apple ID and I made an second Apple ID for my business. I logged into my iphone6 with that second business apple ID - this apple ID has no credit card information at all. then I tried to log into my personal previous apple ID - this account was locked for 90 days and I can't even re-download my previous purchases anymore. There was a NO NOTIFICATION before I made a second account about this situation and I really do not know what can I do next.

See if Message is better, if not, Reset iPhone, hold both home and Power buttons until the iPhone restarts itself, ignore the "slide to power off" let the iPhone restart itself, usually takes about 10 seconds of holding both buttons.

No, it only mirrors changes to synced data. This includes mail, contacts, calendars, reminders, safari bookmarks, notes, iWork documents and data, and photo stream photos (assuming you choose to sync all this data). Changes to iTunes data such as music, apps, podcasts, etc., are not synced using iCloud. In your example, if you delete an app from one device it will remain on the other until deleted there too.
