My iTouch doesn't download any new apps?
My iTouch 32GB, 5th Gen., 7.0.6., doesn't download any new apps... Every time I've tried to download a new free app/game, it asks for my Apple ID password, which is normal, but then it tells me "You've already downloaded this, it will be downloaded at no additional charge", and then the app's "price rectangle" turns into a cloud with an arrow pointing down. I tap it again and it asks for my Apple ID password again, I put my password once again and then it tells me "You've already downloaded this, it will be downloaded at no additional charge" again, but it doesn't download at all. When I try the same with a previously downloaded but deleted App, it downloads it without any issue... What can/should I do?..... Oh, and just another question real quick, my iTouch(same one) keeps deleting and "recovering" all of my notes, contacts, and calendar events at random, kinda scared it will delete my pictures. It only recovers them when I turn it off and and back on in a Wi-Fi /internet connected area, it is connected to iCloud and they(notes, calendar events, reminders, contacts) are "turned on" which kinda scares me. It's last Back Up was today at 3:49AM.
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Go to Settings>iTunes and App Store and sign out and sign back in.
- Try syncing them from your iTunes library
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

my iphone4s can not update any apps. Nor is it able to download any new apps. What should I do?
I have two Apple Accounts. One in Switzerland and one in China. I used to be able to updates all of my apps by clicking individual apps. One day I clicked update all by accident. Ever since that, my iphone cannot update any of the apps. Nor is it able to download any new apps. Please kindly let me know how to make the phone back into work with the apps.

Restore the phone as new. Wait a couple of days before adding any apps to see if it's running ok. Then, add apps a couple at a time so that, if any of them cause issues, you'll have an idea which one. -
Problems with ios7; I can not download any new App
In general, I feel the new ios7 makes my ipod 5 slow, it has had a couple of problems, most of them minor or have a simple solution, or can be ignored while they fix it... what I can not ignore is that I can not download ANY new App...
I have been able to update a couple of them, though they have been very slow, now when I try to download something new, it seems like it'll work, but it never asks for my password as it used to and it never appears in the screen as downloading or anything. It is like if they'd just get stuck and waiting for it to react...

My phone won't update the apps or let me download any new ones. Been going on for few days now.
Many developers are releasing updates today because tomorrow Apple is shutting down iTunes Connect (the developer backend to iTunes) for the holidays. This could be affecting things, but I doubt it.
You can try resetting your iPhone by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears. Try again to see if the problem persists. -
Cannot download any new apps from CC
I cannnot download any new aps from cc it says there is already a copy of cc running.
Does this mean CC needs to be deleted before any new apps are downloadedTerminate the process in task manager/ activity monitor.

No this was absolutely of no help what so ever!!!!1I have had this issue before and it was also a nightmare. I don't understand why you have to go thru so much pain until you can talk to a real person. I don't have 48 hours. I use this app to make money. I can't update it, so I can't use it, all because I can't update my info, which is clearly on the Apple side. Not my bank (like they first want to say), not me, I know who I am, but it must be something on apple's side. And to wait 48 hours for an email response to tragic . I can't believe a company with as much assets as Apple can't get a real person to help me sort this out. I had this same problem years ago, and it was the same mess. Whay do I keep doing this? Am I just one of the bovine masses who just have to have an iPhone? Yikes

Settings>iTunes/App Store...tap the ID shown, sign out, now sign back in. See if doing that fixes things.

Turn off imessage in settings/messages
Turn off Facetime in settings/Facetime
Delete icloud account in settings/ilcoud
Erase all data and settings in settings/general/reset

I am trying to change the country/ region on my store account. When I press the 'change country/region' section in 'my account' it does nothing.... I have moved country, so I cannot enter valid details of payment and so the store is refusing all app requests.
Has anyone a way around this please?Before you can change countries in iTunes, you will need to have a valid payment information addressed in Ireland. When you have one, you can go ahead and change the country on your account.
- sign in to iTunes
- go to Account Information page
- enter your Apple Id and password
- click on Change country or Region
- enter your new information then save

I changed my apple id but my old one keeps showing up. I can't download any new apps.
Try going to Settings>iTunes & App Stores, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with the new ID.

Why does the new update for IPod screw up the function? I can't get on hardly any of my apps, let alone, download any more apps either. I am one unhappy person.
