I just got an ipod touch and tried downloading a free app for it but a box popped up with your account has been disabled. I followed the links to email but it won't send, keeps saying there was an error.
Who do l contact to have it put right?

You need to place the iPod in recovery mode and then restore it via iTunes on yur computer. Restore from backup if you have a backup. For recovery mode see:

I am trying to burn a playlist to a cd, and my itunes account says I do not have a supported disc burner. I have been searching for a solution and I cannot find one. My computer is a Lenovo and has windows 8 as its software.

My iTunes account says error 13019 after it has recognized all of the music and I have tried everything that is on this website and everything i can find about how to fix it; I even created in under a new administrator. Any suggestions how to fix it?

Put the ipod touch in recovery mode and then restored it, setting it up as a new Ipod, rather than restoring from the backup. Given how much trouble I'd had, I suspected that the backup might be corrupted anyway.
That seems to have resolved everything completely.

What kind of ACC do you have? Nobody that reads posts is omnipotent or has ESP or can read your mind.
Also if you want to converse in English then you need to learn English to the point that you can actually write constructive sentences and paragraphs in English including the proper use of Upper Case, Lower Case and punctuation to some degree.
Otherwise write in your own language on a translator like google translate and paste the translation into your post.
Also you would notice that this forum was supposed to be retired 8/22/2008 if you'd read the stickies in it before posting to it. Which I would suppose is why almost all questions in it go unanswered.

TS2446 how can you reactivate an account after it has been disabled for a amount of time?

i had to make a new apple ID so i could carry on using iTunes Store until iTunes support could sort out making sure i could re download my music and apps, now i cant use it at all and the ID i use is now playing up and now refusing to let me use either of my cards in the store!!! Can anyone help and / or advise me please?

I suggest you to send an email to itune sstore support. They can review your account and find out why it had been disabled.

What sort of card are you trying to use, debit or credit ? If it's a debit card then I don't think that they are still accepted as a valid payment method - they are not listed on this page and there have been a number of posts recently about them being declined
If it's a credit card then is it registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, it was issued by a bank in your country and you are currently in that country ? If it is then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes support and see if they know why it's being declined : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management

Well, my itunes account has been disabled for no reason. The credit card on the account was hacked by another website and then I got a new card. I was able to purchase from the card for a week from itunes and other websites as well, but now after swapping, the account is disabled. I now cannot buy anything.

You might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
If you have an iPhone, iPad and/or iPod Touch you might then need to log out of your account on it by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6+) and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it
If that doesn't fix it then you might need to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
