My phone is linked to an itunes account that was started on a computer that no longer works.
How can I open that account on another computer? I want to add music to my phone without losing the current music. How can I open that itunes account?
It depends what not working means - if the hard drive is working and you can access it say in a USB caddy you might be able to find the media files and copy over to the new iTunes, but it may depend on how your user accounts are stored.
Alternatively for iTunes store purchases, on the new computer open itunes and go to the store Home Page. On the far right under QuickLinks you should find a Purchased category - this will let you redownload content from the 'cloud' if available in your country.

I have a ipod 2nd gen that was synced to a computer that i no longer have access to...now when i plug it in to my new computer it shows the ipod but wants to erase all my music on the ipod in order to use itunes!!!
I think that's the way it's supposed to work. When you connect to a computer that has iTunes, but is different from the computer you are normally synced to, you are asked if you want to sync to the current computer. If you say yes, it will replace the content of your iPod with what is designated to sync in the iTunes. If you say no, it will leave your content alone, but you won't be able to load any new songs, but you can still use it in disk mode as a storage device.
The exception is that you can transfer your iTunes store purchases to the new computer from the iPod, but I haven't done that myself. I'm not sure, but I don't think you can transfer non-store tracks, like those you burn from your own CDs. You have to copy those manually and then sync them onto the iPod.
Anyway, that's how it works with a 6th gen and the latest iTunes. Not sure if there is a limitation with 2nd gen. -

Move or copy all the media from the old computer or the backup of the old computer to the new computer.

Can I sign in to my iTunes account and library on a computer that is not mine?
I want to know if I can sign in to my iTunes on a different computer than I usually use. I want to be able to access my library on someone else's computer, but I don't know if that is possible. I definitely don't want my library to get mixed with someone else's either. And if it is possible, can two people sync to the same computer without getting their libraries mixed just by signing in to their seperate accounts?
Thanks for any help!You can access your iTunes Store account from any computer with iTunes installed, but you cannot access the iTunes library - the tracks and other content you've already downloaded - from another computer unless both computers are on the same local network in which case you can use Home Sharing. Home Sharing will not normally work from outside of your home, though. There are third-party utilities for Mac that can allow this, but whether any exist for Windows I don't know.

As the title says my computer that has all my tv shows and that on no longer works.
I was reading when I bought the tv series and that, that its locked to one computer only. So what happens now that its broken?
Do I have to rebuy everything when I get a new computer or am I able to re download once I get a new computer?
Is there anything I can do?

penguincatContent is not locked to a single computer. You do, however, get only one download per purchase for any content other than apps and iBooks. So unless you have a backup, as iTunes itself advises you to make, or have those shows on an iOS device, you may indeed have to repurchase them.
If you lack a backup and an iOS device with those shows, your best hope is that the hard drive in your old computer still works. If it does, you can mount it to your new computer, either internally if there's room for another drive or in an external case. You should then be able to drag the TV shows and any other content from the old hard drive into the iTunes window in your new computer. Once there, all you should have to do is authorize the computer to your iTunes Store account (Store menu in iTunes -> Authorize This Computer).

My iTunes account was hacked and fraudulant charges were made. Now when I try to go into my account from my personal computer, it states that "this is the first time using this computer, please enter answers for security questions," I never answered any security questions and cannot change or edit that because it tells me I'm entering the wrong info. How do I get a live person to help me through this so I can return to making purchases on my own account?

My iTunes account was lost! I had an iTunes account full of paid apps and the password became came incorrect, iForgot did nothing because of date birth mismatch (????), mail recovery failed - there is no e-mail recieved after 2 days. I tried all my three e-mail adresses thinking i´m stupid.
When i made a new account with different ID, and then renamed this new account to my original ID (!!!!), it worked, but without my apps, of course.

There seems to be a big push in the last week for hacking accounts. I got an email saying that an app was downloaded from an unknown device using my AppleID. I immediately changed my password and saved my balance from anything happening. But the app is still up on the iTunes store, even with a ton of feedback from people saying it was downloaded and their accounts hacked (losing their entire balance). The only way that I can gather someone hacked my AppleID is from my iPhone as I rarely access it from my computer which is locked up tight and behind a personal pfSense firewall along with AV detection on each PC. Phones are very vulnerable nowadays, which is why I am guessing this is the method of attack.
