My itunes card wont work

everytime i type in the code for my 25 dollar itunes card it just keeps telling me to enter in my password... over and over again. Please help!

ok i need help. i recently got an itunes card. i typed it in. then it said i needed to answer security questions, so i changed my email. and now i cant redeem my itunes card.... so did i just waste $50? cause i typed the numbers right on the card, but it keeps saying you entered it wrong... and now i am freaking out....

Looks like blame is incorrectly placed. Turns out my iSCSI connector is struggling with Mavericks. When I placed the iTunes library on a local drive, everything came back to normal.

I solved my own problem. Hopefully this will help someone else.
I did a DFU restore, then started it up as a new phone on iTunes. Everything loaded properly, then from iTunes did a restore from backup, selected the one I wanted and it still took me to the same screen with 3 options of restore. I chose the start up as new phone from the actual phone and after all the syncing was completed, my phone is back in working order.

Itunes ministore wont work

All of a sudden my itunes ministore wont work, I cant get album artwork, and I cant check for updates for my ipod (It just says "Itunes could not contact IPod software update server because you are not connected to the internet" but I am definetly connected to the internet, I am on it right now). I even re-installed Itunes and it does the same thing. Has any body else had this happen to them or does any body now what could be wrong.

No one has access to any information that you do not.

That's usually because a) you do not have a SIM card in the phone, or b) the phone was hacked to unlock it.

Itunes 5 wont work

I downloaded itunes 5 a couple days ago. i opened it and it worked fine. the next day i tried to open it and got the error message "iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." so, i deleted itunes and then downloaded and reinstalled it. that still didnt work. i tried reinstalling it several times, nothing. if anyone knows a way to fix this problem, please tell me.

i'm having the same prolem on my computer, quicktime doesn't work, itunes doesn't work...meaning when i try to open itunes or quicktime it says its open in the docking area but it does show up on screen. when i try to open a file with either, they wont play....when i open up Pro tools then open itunes then it shows up on screen same with quicktime, but they still won't play files....HELP!!!

I tried to purchase a program from Itunes (Follow your team - Cowboys) and was instructed to upgrade to 9. I did and now neither the store or the search function will work. The progress bar only goes half way and then freezes. I upgraded to Win XP service pack 3 (QT7 said it was required) and that didnt fix it. Uninstalled and reinstalled I Tunes according to the Apple instructions and that didnt work. My password works and I can access my account info and then a black toolbar shows up that lets me see most of the Itunes categories, but search still wont work, and if I try to access the store, it just freezes and then times out.

Success!!!! My problem appeared to be an obscure anti virus program I thought I had removed a while ago. I uninstalled it ( and a bunch of other reaaly old crap) rebooted and thought it hadnt fixed when suddenly the progress bar started moving again and finally loaded the store. Apparently the av software was causing a conflict.

It's asking for your admin password, not your Apple ID and password.
If you can't remember the password ..
Your new Mac is running v10.7 Lion so there are two ways to reset the admin password.

or here > OS X Lion: Apple ID can be used to reset your user account password
