Are you running the most recent version of iTunes for Windows on your PC? You may be running an older version that is incompatible with the 4s.

ITunes Playlists Not Showing Up On Secondary Computer, Sharing The Same Apple ID
I'm trying to help a friend who has an old HP laptop that serves as her primary computer for all her music. She has synced this with her iPod. She then synced her iPod with her PC computer at work. Everything is working great, except on her work computer her playlists aren't showing up. What could be the reason for this?
I suggested iTunes Match may be the answer, but she's wondering if there's a way other than using this pay service. Please advise.
Thank you.Playlists are specific to the iTunes library on a computer. Unless she has the same library (by which I do not mean the same music, but the same library.itl file and supporting files) each computer will have a unique library even if the media content is identical.
Usually if you sync a device to one computer and then plug it into a different computer it will want to wipe the device so it can sync to the other library. The exception would be if you had exactly the same library on each computer, or they were sharing a library on a local network.
If you use manual syncing, you can sync items from more than one iTunes library to your iPod. (You can sync iPod touch, iPhone, and iPad with only one iTunes library.) When manually managing content, you can add content from multiple libraries to your iPod or iPad. Even when manually managing music, some content may be available from only one library at time. There is a hardware problem. Whether it's worth it to you to have no working phone for 2 months until you can update vs paying for replacement/repair now is a question only you can answer.

If AT&T e-mail says it is unlocked, then believe it is so. Insert non-AT&T SIM inside and after backing up restore in iTunes again. Unlock gets attached.
You can check the status of the unlock request on AT&T web-site. -

None. An iPhone 5 requires Mac OS X 10.6.8 or newer to be synced from a Mac, which is above the maximum for a PowerBook G4(10.5.8.)

I had purchased and downloaded a tv series to my ipad. Then deleted it due to space constraints. Now I wanted to download it permanently to my MacBook but itunes does not show this purchases. It worked, however, for another series. What can I do?

If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present. -

I downloaded ios7 after being asked to restore. But now my phone wont connect to the activation server and is asking to restore again but I cant because itunes does not show any of my phone information (it just shows a blank white screen with "iphone" in the centre".
I imagine a ton of people are attempting to activate after the update, and the server is getting overloaded. Simple patience, maybe keep trying, and if possible, try a little later. Think of it as all those people lining up at Apple Stores + about a million more.
