Thanks for the question. Here is the information on how to authorize your computer to play iTunes Store purchases:

Authorize a computer to play iTunes Store purchases: Choose Store > Authorize This Computer.
If you do not see the Store menu you can enable the menubar:

- To keep the iTunes menus active, change the setting by selecting the Menu icon in the upper-left, and then selecting Show Menu Bar. Alternatively, you can press Control-B.

Hi... I've had my IPhone 4S since January 13, and it doesn't have the option to use it as a wifi hotspot? When all my friends iphones do. Is there a way to install in onto my phone? Or what do I need to do to get it??
ThanksWhether you can use your phone in this way is entirely the responsibility of your phone company/carrier. You need to contact them to see if you can add tethering to your phone plan. Be warned though that it could get rather expensive, so if you don't really need it, then do without, but in any instance, you need to contact your phone carrier.

Just to confirm we're having the same problem: I'm using a 4th generation iPod touch and I'm using the Nike+ iPod app to link to the Nike+ Sensor that goes in the insert in the shoe.
After I finish a workout, I click "Send to Nike+" which switches to Safari and loads nikeplus.com. I log in and... it doesn't seem to do anything else... Nothing shows up on nikeplus.com.

I am trying to authorize my new computer to play tunes I have transferred from my Iphone, but when I go to Itunes store / and the account information, I do not have any option to authorize this computer. In account information it says that 1 computer is currently authorized to play tunes connected with my Apple ID so that is not a problem... where do I authorize this computer? Aha I have just found the answer to my question thanks to a related question popping up! Its in the Store menu at the top of the pc, not within the pc windows... That is not made clear!

Hi there, I'd like to use the calendar on my ipod, but it doesn't recognize my microsoft outlook, although it is installed on my computer. ITunes says that microsoft outlook must be installed in order to synchronize with the calendar. Any kind of help appreciated.

What version of Outlook are you using? You need Outlook 2003 or later to be able to sync Contacts and Calendars to your iPod.

I set up my iPhone to back up to the cloud, it should have backed up overnight while it was plugged in and charging. My bad, I did not check to make sure that it did, as it was the very first time I ever backed up my data to the cloud. I just went and updated my iPhone to iOS7 and went to restore my storage from the cloud, and I saw that it never completed backing up. How can I get my storage back from the cloud now? I see some things still on my phone but not all....

On your iPhone, you can manage the storage that was there for back up by going to Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup > Manage Storage and tap the backup you would like to delete and then tap Delete Backup. Check out the article below for more information.

Why doesn't iPhone have the options to import photos directly in Windows 8 like in Windows 7?
It used to be able to import photos directly into the same folder as the photos are synced under "Last Import" back in Windows 7. But now in windows 8, I have to use Dropbox to import photos, yet Dropbox doesn't have the options to erase photos already imported.

I tried replicating your issue at my end on Safari v5.1.7 and when i navigated to http://www.bmc.org/cancer-center.htm > downloads > cancer support services newsletter , it prompts me to 'open', 'save' or 'cancel' the file.
When i open it opens properly in Acrobat 9 Pro. And after saving it if I try to open with Reader X, it works perfectly fine with me.
Try resetting safari, by clicking on the 'gear' icon at the top right corner i.e. tools > Reset safari. It will pop up a new window, if possible keep all the options checked and reset safari. Then retry opening the link and it should work fine.

You can install Windows from a USB drive in one of these computers:
- MacBook Pro with Retina display.
- Mac mini (Mid 2010 and newer).
- MacBook Air.
- iMac (Late 2012).

I formatted by PC which erased the iTunes software as well. Now when i try to backup my iPad the new iTunes doesn't have access to my existing files. The option is to erase the current content of my iPad and replace it with existing files on my PC. How do i get access to the preivous library?
