My itunes doesn't start anymore

I can't start Itunes.
It seems to be active in the icons at the bottom of the sceen.

The easiest thing try will be downloading and reinstalling iTunes.
If that doesn't do it, try starting iTunes in Safe Mode by holding down the Option and Command keys when starting iTunes.

please help me to clear the following matter. I tried to sync another iPhone using the mobile owner account for the iTunes as well. After an error window popped-up (error 13014) than i'm even unable to start the program anymore, why? how to solve?

the problem is solved ! I completely removed Itunes and all other Apple Software from my computer. Then I downloaded Itunes64Setup.exe again and installed it, without being connected to the internet and with my antivirus and firewall turned off.
This worked !

Check out the article below on troubleshooting iTunes start up issues. You may need to start up in Safe Mode or even remove iTunes and its associated software and reinstall iTunes.

My iTunes doesn't start since the last update

I am using mac os x 10.7.4 and itunes 1.6.3. since this update itunes does not start anymore. What can I do ?

On Vista Home premium, uninstalling and reinstalling buth iTunes and Apple Applicatioon Support did NOT work for me.
What did work for me was manually copyting CoreVideo.dll from the Apple Application Support folder into my iTunes folders (actually, to both of them - under Program Files and Program Files (x86)) as per advice posted in a Windows forum, found after an hour or more of frustration and failure.
This appears to be a bug in the 10.1 installation scriptimng - what's going on?

Control Panel > Programs n Features (Win7) or Add n Remove Programs(XP) > highlight AAS, click CHANGE then REPAIR.

ITunes does not start anymore when connecting iphone

Hello,
since my latest upgrade of itunes (still under snow leopard) itunes does not start anymore when connecting my iPhone 4 to my Macbook Pro.
Meanwhile I upgraded to Lion and installed the latest itunes patch but same behavior,
Does anybody has an idea to solve this issue?

I upgraded itunes to the current version and after that itunes does not start anymore. I scanned for virus with an up-to-date scanner, scanned for adware with Windows defender and ewido and used the tips from http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=42963
I run itunes on Windows Server 2003 which worked fine for three years. I know it is officially supported on XP only.
I deinstalled itunes and reinstalled afterwards no change. The windows event log shows some erors
Faulting application iTunes.exe, version 6.0.5.20, faulting module shell32.dll, version 6.0.3790.2662, fault address 0x0015af84.
Any other idea?

ok, so I am not sure if this is legal or not, but there is a site called oldversion. Go there, and you can get past versions of applications such as aim , and in this case, itunes. just uninstall your other itunes first.
Sometimes different versions of appications run better on different computers. this new itunes probably just has something the last one didnt that cant run with what you have on your computer

i just installed the new updates my MAC OS required (intel security update 01-2009 an some kind of flash plugin) and now MAC OS doesn't start anymore
i press the power button and then at first the apple icon appears and then i begins to load ... nearly an hour it loaded until i tried again ...
it doesn't work ...
my windows vista partition on the same notebook is still working so what about the update now???

From your Install DVD boot from same & try running repair permissions and +repair disk.+

Are you able to access the BIOS?
Check this by pressing the F2 button after powering on the unit.
If this isnt possible, there must be some kind of hardware problem (motherboard, RAM).
In case you could access the BIOS, check the first BIOS page. Usually the HDD should be listed there. HDD name, size information should be visible.
In case this HDD isnt listed, I assume your HDD is faulty and should be replaced.
Of course, you would need to reinstall the system once again.
In case the HDD is listed in BIOS, I would recommend you to boot using the Recovery disk (or another Windows installation disk) in order to reinstall the system.

You can't. You can only reinstall the OS if the app is actually corrupt. However, have you tried to see if Safari starts in another user account on your machine? Make a test account here

by clicking on the + sign in the bottom left corner. Fill out the details and click 'create'.
Once you've made the new account, log out of your current account and into the new one.
Does Safari open in that account?

Apple TV 3 doesn't start anymore after update

After installing the current software update my ATV3 didnn't start anymore.
LED is blinking slowly forever.
So I connected it to ITunes with a Micro-USB cable to restore it. Restore went fine.
Back on the TV with Ethernet connected I can choose my language then the screen gets dark for a moment and I'm back at the screen with the language chioces.
When I disconnect the Ethernet cable, I get to the "Choose the WiFi Network or connect Ethernet" screen.
-> my Wifi Network is not shown (its normally visible)
-> when I reconnect the Ethernet cable I'm rebooted back to the language coice again.
Retried the USB based Restore, Checked Firewall -> there I see that it gets the correct IP (it has a fixed one) and pacet capture shows hat it does a successfull http and an https request that seems to be cut short. No packets show up as blocked.
I stopped the DHCP server to get it to manual configuration -> still reboots as soon as it gets network.
Disconnected all other Apple devices from the net (might be a Bonjour problem) -> still reboots.

MacBookPro 15' retina doesn't start anymore

I just bought the brand new MacBookPro 15' retina and was on my way to set up all setting like icloud, email and etc., and when I moved dock to the left from the bottom laptop just paused and doesn't work anymore. I was trying to reset several times but it didn't goes through. Only the apple sound and nothing after.
I don't remember operating system because I just start to use this laptop.

There a slight chance you might be able to recover it by resetting the System Management Controller (SMC). Otherwise it needs warranty service.
