My iTunes is all of a sudden not letting me play purchased movies....
I'm not sure what's wrong with it, but I haven't had any problems with this until yesterday. Suggestions or ideas about why this may be happening?

Try highlighting the movie in iTunes> cilck File> Get Info, and verifying you are authorizing the computer with correct account.

My ipod touch is all of a sudden not letting me do anything that requires using my password. I can't buy anything and I can't check my purchases. Every time I put in my password I get an error message and it says try again later. This has been happening for 4 days now. I can play my existing games just fine. I can access my itunes store through the internet just fine with my password, but just not on my ipod touch. I sent an email to the itunes support store 3 days ago and have not heard back from them. Does anybody have any suggestions on why this is happening all of a sudden after having the ipod for almost 2 years?
Something you can try is resetting it all Settings > General > Reset > Reset all settings. Or go to Settings > Store & sign out & log back in. Another thing you can do is restore your ipod. This has happened to me but the only thing i did was that i created a new account but try doing the things above i just told you. :)

Photos 10.10.3 will not let me play or move my videos and keeps sending a message saying "can not find file". What do I do to get the videos back? It is only during videos that I previously uploaded off my phone. It loads them and tells me how long they are but when I go to press play it says can not find file. I have restarted my computer, what else can I do?
Check the information on the song, Right-Click -> Get Info.
In the fist pane, (Summary), you will see the AppleId (Account Name) that was used to buy the song.
Be sure to login to use this account to register this computer to play the song
What I often see, Is that people have many different AppleID, sometime not even knowing it, which is a big problem. -
Not authorized to play purchased movies but can play purchased music.
I got a "This computer is not authorized to play (movie)" after downloading a movie from the iTunes store. I checked other movies and got the same message. BUT all purchase music plays just fine. I followed the recommended fixes: deauthorized the computer; removed all authorized accounts; removed the SC info folder. But I still get "This computer is not authorized to play (movie)" message just for the movies.

Thanks!I still get a gray screen with no picture or sound for downloaded movies in iTunes 10.6.1 in Mac OSX 10.5.8 on a G4 1.67 MHz Powerbook. BUT if I boot the Powerbook in Mac OSX 10.4.11 and use iTunes 9.2.1, the movies work.
After explaining the problem to a knowledgeable person, she suspects the "codec" has been changed in iTunes 10.6.1 so as to run on Intel. Only suggestion she gave was to downgrade iTunes. Any suggestions to find iTunes 9? -
i Tunes will not let me play purchased songs from a computer that is broken, and which has a previous e-mail address. I am at my wits end, as whenever I try to play the songs I receive a message to authorise the computer I am using with my dead e-mail address. I end up in a mess, changing I-Ds, etc. I have paid an IT company to sort things out, with some success, but still I keep getting thiese messages. Surely iTunes should be less complex than this. I am not brilliant with IT, but not at all stupid. Any suggestions please?

I had to get my phone replaced, I did back it up. However when I went to sync my itunes to my phone, now ALL my music is all of the sudden not able to be found. As you can imagine I'm quite ******. Anyone know anything of this?
I also updated my itunes a couple days ago when i backed up my phone - could it have been that?music is apart of a back up. however if you did not transferyour purchases before doing the back up you will have to re download them. to do so sign into itunes, on the right hand side under quick links you will see purchased. click on it and go to the music tab. all of your music will be there you will see a cloud next to them with an arrow pointing down that is where you download them there may also be an option to download all. you can do the same for any apps that you may have purchased also. after they have downloaded plug your device in and sync them back to the device. hope this helps

Was listening to music downloaded on iTunes. All of the sudden one song on the album is not authorized? I put in my Apple ID and it said this computer is already authorized. Yet, when I tried to listen again, the same message popped up. Help!

All of sudden apple tv will not play my tv shows/movies on itunes. It says "The connected display is not authorized to play protected movies.

Itunes all of a sudden not recognizing iPod.
I have a iPod Video, I've not had any problems at all syncing and using my Ipod and Itunes. All of a sudden, Itunes won't find the Ipod. When I go to My computer, it shows the iPod connected, so the computer is finding it, but Itunes isn't.
I uninstalled my version of Itunes, and redownloaded Itunes, I am using version 6.0.4.2 I have the latest ipod software download, which according to apple.com is from March of 2006.
Any ideas what is going on, and how I can get Itunes to recognize the Ipod again?Have you seen these?

Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.
