My itunes is always busy

Every time I try to get on itunes is says it is busy or check internet connection......

The "Show iTunes in the Cloud Purchases" solution did not work for me, but this did:
In your iTunes library, make sure the "iCloud Download" column is showing (looks like a little cloud icon). Check for any songs that have a light gray cloud icon. Do whatever you need to do to make this icon disappear for that song (get iTunes to make sure it's downloaded onto your machine, or delete the song). Run Sync My iTunes again and it should finish.
Notes:
- Plugging in your iPhone/iPod might cause these songs to get copied back into your library, and you'll have to do this again. 
- I didn't start having this problem until I bought Match
How I discovered this:
I noticed that it stopped every time at song #1242 in my library, so I ran "Sync My iTunes (Debug)" to see which song it stopped on. Then I went back to my library, found the song, and noticed it had the light gray cloud icon. It also had a local copy of the song already. I think iTunes gets confused sometimes and forgets that it downloaded a song from your cloud library, then tries to download it again even though it's already on your computer. Then it realizes the file's already there, and doesn't download it. However, it leaves it in your library flagged as an incomplete download. Sync My iTunes triggers iTunes to attempt download, which then makes it look like iTunes is busy. My theory at least...

    It's called from iTunes. After downloading some podcasts it currently consumes two threads on my 4 core Mac mini (4 real cores with 2 native threads each). That means 200% busy. For hours. Earlier versions of Mac OS X / iTunes did not have this problem...
    How can I get rid of that behavior?

    Back up all data before proceeding.
    Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
    ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.MediaLibraryService
    Right-click or control-click the line and select
              Services ▹ Reveal in Finder (or just Reveal)
    from the contextual menu.* A folder should open with an item selected. Quit the application if it's running. Move the selected item to the Trash. Relaunch the application and test.
    *If you don't see the contextual menu item, copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination  command-C. In the Finder, select
              Go ▹ Go to Folder...
    from the menu bar and paste into the box that opens by pressing command-V. You won't see what you pasted because a line break is included. Press return.

    It has the error range of 3000's which states
    Errors 3000-3999 (3002, 3004, 3013, 3014, 3018, 3164, 3194, and so on): Error codes in the 3000 range generally mean that iTunes cannot contact the gs.apple.com server on ports 80 or 443. This may be because out-of-date or incorrectly configured security or firewall software is interfering, an old version of iTunes is installed, an entry in your hosts file redirecting requests to gs.apple.com (see error 1004 above), or because of your Internet proxy settings. If you are using a proxy, try without using one or with a known-good network. If that does not resolve the issue, follow iTunes for Windows: Troubleshooting security software issues. Error 3014 may indicate that you need to free up more disk space on the computer before trying to restore again. Error 3194 most likely indicates you do not have the latest version of iTunes installed Update to the latest version of iTunes.

    I have setup an online Number in Geneva, Switzerland last week. After setting it up, I have tried to test it by calling it but its always busy. I wonder if there is an activation period for such numbers. If this is so, can any body tell me how long it takes for online numbers to become active?

    Your Online # should become active within a few minutes of purchase. If it didn't please 
    first check that your privacy settings are set to ''Allow calls from anyone''.
    Then change them to "Allow SkypeIn calls from Only people from my Contacts List".
    Save and wait for 5 minutes.
    Log out from your Skype account and log back in.
    Change settings back to "Allow calls from Anyone".
    Save and wait for 5 minutes.
    Log out from your Skype account and log back in.

  • Is it normal for laptop HD to be always busy (L745-S4210)???

    I'm experiencing choppy video issue on our 2 months old L745-S4210 laptop, which cannot be resolved even with recovery method. One thing I have noticed is HD seems always busy, which could potentially cause choppy video.
    Can someone check your laptop HD and post if you're having similar issue? aside from choppy video issue (and HD being busy), there is no apparent issue with the laptop.

    Do you have the the Repeat feature turned one? It is the arrowed racetrack on the left side of the Now Playing Screen right below the scrubber bar. Tap it until it is white for no repeat.
    Next:
