My Itunes is erasing my songs after each day! Anyone know what I can do?

I went through all the trouble to put all the songs on my Itunes after it erased them once. After a day of having them on there... I will open Itunes and they are completely vanished again.
I don't know why this is happening but I don't want to have to load all my songs day after day. Does anyone know why this happens, what I can do to fix it, or if has happened to anyone else?
Also, I sign up for my apple account, and at the same time of erasing my songs.. it says I no longer have an account. (I am asking this question on a friends account.)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.. thank you!

You wouldn't happen to have your music on a thumb drive or some other portable drive. Also, check in your preferences and check the box to create a copy onto your hard drive.

No, I haven't figured it out. And no one from Apple has contacted me to help. Very frustrating. Sure makes me want to not buy music on iTunes and just buy CD's.

How, EXACTLY, did you get it "unlocked"? ONLY the carrier it's locked to can authorize unlocking it. Anything else is a hack.

Windows7 machine which won't recognise the driver for my iPod Touch when I plug in the usb charger, even though I have an iTunes account installed (latest version). Does anyone know what I can do? Thanks

I have just started using a windows7 64 bit machine which is an LG emachines model. I have latest version of iTunes installed. When I connect the usb charger it says I need digitally authorised drivers and won't recognise the iPod. Does anyone know of a fix?

Phone stuck in recovery mode complete black screen will not turn on after recovery and update there was an error and now computer and itunes will not recognize the phone....Anyone know what I can do to get the phone recognized again when it cant be turned

Phone was not updated on time so it automatically shuts off and you get a plain black screen until it is recovered and updated. Well when i did the update and recovery I received an error. I went through the steps to fix the error, I had to restart my computer and now the phone isnt recognized on my computer or in itunes. The screen is still completely black so pushing the home button and plugging in to computer still does nothing. Device manager shows nothing in usb port, and apple mobile device software is installed and running. Any help?

After downloading itunes, I hooked my iphone up to my computer and told it to restore. Got an error message, 1015, and it wouldn't restore my phone so now all I get on the screen is a pic of a usb port and an image of itunes. Anyone know what I can do??

Error 1015: This error is caused by attempts to downgrade the iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch's software. This can occur when you attempt to restore using an older .ipsw file. Downgrading to a previous version is not supported. To resolve this issue, attempt to restore with the latest iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch software available from Apple.
What this means is you have to delete your .ipsw file (it may be corrupted or old) and attempt to restore your iPhone again.
Where the .ipsw file is found:

Windows XP           - C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPhone Software Updates

Try deleting the problematic file (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.

In non-technical terms - it means iTunes asked for a file to be downloaded but it did not get a response and so it (iTunes) decided to stop asking. iTunes tells you err = 3259.
The reason this happens may be because the host computer where the file is stored is busy - too busy to respond. Or perhaps the internet is busy and although the host server responds, the response does not get to your iTunes quickly enough. Or perhaps your ISP is busy, or your internet link from your home is busy.
The solution is to try again, but if everyone else in your household is using the internet at the same time as you, it may fail again. If it's a busy time in your part of the world (Friday night after a week at work, or an important online event) which makes the internet busy... need I say more.
If trying again doesn't work, try again the next day.

I went to use find my phone and it says that I have no devices . I haven't deleted them , the only thing I did was try to download or update iTunes so that my phone coukd sync does anyone know what coyjd have happened .

HT4623 My iPhone 4s will not go past the apple logo screen after I did the recent software update. If anyone knows what I can do to rectify this please let me know.

I set my phone to update overnight, woke up this morning and it showed an icon to plug the phone into iTunes. Upon plugging in the phone, itunes said the phone needed to be restored first. iTunes downloaded an update and went through the motions, then said that the phone was not eligable.
What do I do? It won't show anything other than the apple logo.

My iPad screen went all white when I was trying to close an app. I cant turn it off and iTune cant sync with it either. Does anyone know what I should do to fix this.

I held down the power button to shut it down but it wont do any thing but go black. When I press the power button it come back all white with no icons and no passcode pad. TThanks for the suggestion but it turns out that you have to hold down the Home button, the Power button AND the Volume UP button at the same time for several seconds until,the Apple appears To fix the white screen of death. Found that on another help site. It works and boy an I glad. Pass it on.

Illustrator CC Crashes at Launch even after the updates, anyone know what is going on?

I recently got Illustrator CC and made all of the updates, unfortunately, it repeatedly crashes upon startup. I have no issues with Photoshop CC or Flash CC, just Illustrator CC. Does anyone have any suggestions on problem solving?

Please post the crash log:-
1) Open the finder app.
2) Press command +shift + g to open the "Go to the folder" dialog.
3) In the text edit field type ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports.
4) This will take you the DiagnosticReports folder.
5) Please share the latest crash log file from this folder.
