My Itunes is in french please HELP!
I live and work in France, and my credit card is linked to my french address.
Unfortunately this means my itunes displays itself in French and i cant find anyway of changing it.
Is there anything I can do?

Hi. My itunes library is in current 10.5.2 but my old ipod touch 4th or 3rd gen is not updating at all its still in current 4.2 and there is some apps i cant download that requires a 4.3 update but in my itunes it wont. Please help!
Are you sure you have a 4g/3g iPod? If you don't have a camera, it's definitely not 4G. If it has no camera and is 8 or 16 Gb it is a 2G and can't go beyond 4.2.1.

I accidentally synced my mum's brand new iPad to my mac book air. A few days later I realised that my iTune library on my mac is completely gone. So is my iPhone 4s after I synced it with my mac. How do I get my old iTunes library back? I tried using icloud on my iphone but it stated that I have never back up my phone before. So I guess my iCloud data is gone too? But I have back up my mac in my harddrive using time machine. So how do I get my old itune library back? Please help! Thanks!
1) ensure iTunes is authorized for your iTunes store account(s)
2) connect your device and right-click or control-click it in the iTunes Source list, then choose transfer purchases from the shortcut menu that appears.
3) sync the device
iTunes will wipe the iPhone but, since you transferred your purchases in the previous step, your content will be in your library and you can re-populate the iPhone with it.

Please make a Genius Appointment and take it in for service. By now it probably cannot be fixed, but you never know.

I have never been able to open my itunes store. I was on the phone with support for 1.5 hours today, no luck. I would like to purchase a book only available on itunes. Can someone please help!
I have tried
- setting time and date
- uninstalling
- upgrading itunes
- changing credit card

The itunes store relies on certain components of safari, regardless of if you use it or not. -

downloaded itunes 0.6 on my ipod over wifi, however when connected to my computer it would not recognise my ipod and suggested i went to www.itunes .com/uk but could not find or download 6, so now cannot sync my ipod with itunes on my computer, please help cheers.
By wiping both iPhone and iPod and trying syncing with another computer I've come to the conclusion that something with MobileMe sync is the problem.
I can set up both to work fine with my Mac Pro and a new Mac Book Pro as long as I don't set up MobileMe syncing. As soon as I sync with MobileMe I start having problems, particularly with Calendar.
MobileMe seems to work fine computer to computer, until the iPhone/iPod get involved, then the MobileMe copy gets messed up. Version on computer seems to stay ok.
Not sure where to go from here... other than call Apple or go to the Apple Store. -

Next try placing in DFU mode and then restoring.

Then try restoring on another computer.

While trying to import pictures from iPhone to iTunes, iTunes request to make software update and then to restore iPhone. I have cancelled the restore to rpotect pictures. The pictures have not been imported yet, but the iPhone display freezed at ITune connection page. Please help me save pictures and use the iPhone as usual. If you don't have access to the computers to manually deauthorize them (they were sold, stolen, etc), then you have to log into your account, deauthorize all computers, and then re-authorize the machine(s) that you want to have access. This page explains how.

Ipod is not recognized by my iTune nor my computer::::::please help me!!
since yesterday i have been transferring my music perfectly fine. today for some reason, i accidently took my ipod shuffle out witout pressing the eject button or clicking the safely remove device from my computer. Later it says that there was a song in my ipod that was corrupt. Later i tried to transfer music from my itunes to the ipod which it did successfully. But when i tried to eject my ipod, it says that "cannot eject my ipod from the computer because there is another program using it" . So i went online to find out how to resolve it and it says that if my ipod is corrupt i should restore. That is exactly what i did and i updated my itunes and restored my ipod by following their instructions. As it was going through the first stage of restoring, it stopped before it reached stage 2 and then a window came up that says i can't restore the ipod. Now, all my songs in my ipod is erased, my computer doesn't recognize my ipod shuffle and i can't listen to ipod or transfer music to it? what should i do?!!!
Hi - We seem to have encountered the same problem!! I forgot to eject the ipod from itunes last night and now itunes will not recognise the ipod. The pc recognises it in device settings, but you cannot restore it from that point. I have downloaded the restore function, but the restore button does not highlight, so that is no good.
I am in a dilema here because no one seems to know how to fix the problem, I've only had it a couple days!!!

I have called a number to have them fix it i have emailed and uninstalled then reistalled many many times. What happens is, iTunes will open up, but before i have any time to do anything, it will freeze, and my only option is ctrl alt delete. i am desperate for anything to fix it. it has been broken for a longg time.
