My iTunes keeps saying that it can't download the new 10.7 version

Hello,
The iTunes update keeps popping up when ever i turn my computer on. I try to downlaod the new 10.7 version. It looks like it downloads all the way but then a error screen comes up and says "Error has occured while installing the update. If the problem persists, choose tools and Downlaod only. And try to download it manually". I have tried to downlaod it manually like it says but it still doesn't work. What can i do to get it to download?? Please Help!!

I've had all kinds of trouble keeping my iTunes software current over the past year, but have found the easiest way to remedy the issue is to simply download the latest version of iTunes as though I am a first-time user and then just install it into the directory my current version of iTunes is using. Doing this has allowed me to update my software without losing any of my media/data. Hope this helps! Best of luck!!!

You need to have a license to the current version of Muse - either as stand-alone or as part of Cloud CS6.
If you already do, just open Muse, go to the help menu, choose "Adobe Muse Private beta" and sign in.

You need to be running Mac OS X 10.5 or newer to get iTunes 10. This OS version won't run on a G3.
Mac OS X 10.5 and 10.6 are available on DVD. Mac OS X 10.6 requires an Intel Mac.

Itunes out of date and can't download the new one

I have an iphone 4 and just downloaded ios6...my itunes says its out of date but when I go to download the new one it says my mac needs to be os x 10.6.3 or higher. So then I go to download that, and it won't let me. Any suggestions? I need my itunes!

Start with Snow Leopard, then decide if you want to/can upgrade more (jump to Mountain Lion). Yes, you have to pay for OSX upgrades. You may also have to pay for RAM upgrades to run the newer system versions and pay even more for upgrades to software that no longer runs under the newer systems.

You need to use recovery mode and this explains how to do it. You will lose everything on the iPad and will have to either sync with iTunes to get all of your content back or download it all again using the purchased tabs in the iStores on the iPad.

Disconnect the USB cable from the iPad, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
Turn off iPad: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for iPad to turn off.
If you cannot turn off iPad using the slider, press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time. When the iPad turns off, release the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons.
While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to iPad. When you reconnect the USB cable, iPad should power on.
Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears you can release the Home button.
If necessary, open iTunes. You should see the recovery mode alert that iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode.
Use iTunes to restore iPad.

See if the iTunes update is available with software update, get it from downloads (http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1576), or otherwise find the link to 10.7 in the "how do I downgrade from iTunes 11" threads. Most of them link to non-Apple sites carrying previous software versions like itunes 10.7.

Iphoto doesn't open, and i can't download the new version in the apple store

after downloading OS X-yosemite i can't open my iphoto. When i click on it, it says that i have to download the new version in the apple store but when i go there i can't download the new version. I hope someone can help me because i can't find a solution for this problem.

If I understand your question, you are trying to update your iPhone, but you are seeing an error message that iTunes for Windows is not installed, is that right? The first step is to get iTunes successfully installed on your computer. Then backup the iPhone before updating the iOS software.

because you do not have a 3rd generation device. The OS Version says so , otherwise you would be at 4.3.5 minimum and also Itunes is also always correct in determining if you have the latest OS ( if not it fetches the newest from Apple's Servers ) . And because a 2nd generation iPod stops at 4.2.1 you can't get the newest OS, because your device is old. Buy a new iPod , they have iOS5 preinstalled.

wow, that was a quick reply. lol. but i have removed everything. I wasn't even able to get iTunes on my computer for a little while. i kept getting errors on that. Now it's saying that the required software isn't installed. Hmm, could it be referring to Apple Mobile Device Support? That is supposed to be installed with when iTunes gets installed right? I only ask, because that didn't get installed with the itunes setup.
