No one here can say specifically why. But you need to do what it says, contact iTunes Support. Click the Suppor tab above then the link under the Contact Us area and you'll be take to a page where you'll be guided appropriately.

For that you will need to follow this.
Passcode Locked or Disabled
If your device is locked with a passcode or disabled you will have to restore the device within iTunes. You want to use the same computer that you always sync with. This is so that you can restore your apps, data and settings. You can restore it with any other computer, but you will lose all of your info from on the Device.

RESOLVED!!! I logged on to my Straight Talk online account, and did a Tech Chat. They immediately gave me a direct phone number and a Reference PIN number and asked me to contact their iPhone specialty support. I called (of course the gentleman's accent was very difficult for me to understand, but managed with asking continually for clarity). He walked me through several tests, setting changes and had me get on my wifi to obtain the latest APN settings. None of his efforts worked ad it was obviously NOT my Straight Talk iPhone 5, 64GB CDMA (no SIM) - it was something with their setting on their end on my account. I was placed on hold a few times and he would come back on to have me try to get on Safari and even Google... after the 3rd on-hold, he returned and asked me to try to use my data again without the wifi turned on and BINGO it worked... I still do not have my wifi turned on and I'm still receiving texts from YESTERDAY too while I was away from wifi service. IF you come across this issue - please call Straight Talk and/or log on to your Straight Talk online account and talk to an online customer service representative and get their direct line phone number for iPhone support and have your Reference PIN number available. If you have more than one user account, these instructions must be carried out as an administrator.
Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
Select "/var/log/install.log" from the file list on the left. If you don't see that list, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar. Then select the messages from the last installation or update attempt, starting from the time when you initiated it. If you're not sure when that was, start over and note the time. Copy them to the Clipboard (command-C). Paste into a reply to this message (command-V).
If there are runs of repeated messages, post only one example of each. Don’t post many repetitions of the same message.
When posting a log extract, be selective. Don't post more than is requested.
Please do not indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.

I have tried a Visa debit card and a Mastercard, both are perfectly good but it just keeps telling me to contact support tocomplete purchase. Any idea what I need to do, I have looked at the support site but can't find any information. Thanks

I had created account. I enter my information. I also enter my itune card. After I enter my itune card. It said you can shop now. So, I had went to purchase music. And a box pop up telling me I need to enter my apple Id. I did that and it now say Im enter the wrong password. Which is not. So, how do i fix this problem. Beacuse my itune card is register in there and Im not able to buy music
I cant find any reciept in my email or in my husbands email. I am going to attempt to call and speak to someone who can help me because this was not my fault except trying to be normal and update my phone!

iPhone 4s will not turn on, a screen shows up telling me to connect to iTunes to restore and update to iOs7, but when I try to restore error 2001 comes up and will not let me restore. I still cannot turn my phone on. None of the troubleshooting tips work, help??
