Well, this is a problem, because the only material you can transfer from your iPhone (using only Apple software) is material you purchased in the iTunes Store.
To do that, plug your iPhone into iTunes, then choose File > Devices > Transfer Purchases from iTunes' menu.
Generally speaking, you should restore your iTunes library from your computer's backup.

Your i-device was not designed for unique storage of your media. It is not a backup device and media transfer was planned with you maintaining a master copy of your media on a computer which is itself independently backed up against loss. To use a device with a new computer you transfer the content from the old computer (or its backup) directly to the new computer, not the device to the new computer. Media syncing is one way, computer to device, updating the device content to the content on the computer, not updating or restoring content on a computer. The exception is iTunes Store purchases which can be transferred to a computer.

Have you verified that the iPhoto applications is not in the Applications folder or somewhere else on the hard drive?
To do so download and use Find Any File to search for "iPhoto.app" because FAF can search areas that Spotlight can't. If the application is somewhere else on the HD FAF will find it. However, I doubt that it will be there but it's worth a search.

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. Lightroom has no activation check so you don't need to do anything to your computer. Your old copy of Photoshop must be deactivated / uninstalled if you haven't already done so. -

Me and my dad share an iTunes account and all of his music he has purchased on ITunes shows up on my songs list with a cloud icon next to it. How do I get rid of these from my songs list? Cuz it's doing the same thing on my iPhone.
Go to Edit > Preferences > Store, and uncheck the box for "Show iTunes in the Cloud purchases."

You don't.
The music sync is one way - computer to iphone. The only exception is itunes purchases.
The iphone is not a backup device.
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer. Certainly you did not restore your system without making sure that your backup copy was up to date.
Use your backup copy to put everything back.
If for some reason you have failed to maintain a backup ( not good) then you can transfer itunes purchases from the iphone. Without syncing: File>Transfer Purchases -
I was at a friends and on Itunes on his computer.. with my apple ID i bought some songs. How can i get those songs onto my computer without going back over to my friends house?
