My iTunes library is "damaged" and now thousands of songs are missing. How do I get them back without re-importing each one?

I tried to open my library and it said the library had been corrupted and saved as a damaged file. When it finally opened thousands of songs were missing. I can't re-download and then re-import each of these songs. I tried to repair the library after going into programs and clicking repair but it did not restore the missing content. I have the lastest version of iTunes. With Apple tech support being a PITA to actually get in touch with I'm hoping someone here can help.

send an email to the iTS customer service using this form and ask the folks there nicely if you can re-download the files.
it has been reported here that you can sometimes get one free redownload request granted but never more than one.

Hi Folks,
after about 10 hours of usage, my new (and I mean new and expensive) MacBook Pro refused to boot. The support folks were good and as I hadn't yet created and files on the machine suggested I just did (as suggested by apple) a wipe and re-install as described in the subject line.
Now I have no iPhoto, no iDVD and a few other apps I don't really care about. What can I do to get them back.

hmm, I knew I was missing something fairly obvious. I went into AppStore and the apps were there with an "accept" option rather than a price. I've started the download.
I've no idea if this means I'll be charged or not. I never got a screen with a price on it so hopefully not.

I right clicked on a image and now all my thumbnails are missing, how do I get them back?

I was in Facebook trying to delete/block an image from my likes (I wanted to delete the like but couldn't so I thought I would just block the image) Anyway what I clicked on in the right click box took all my thumbnails off of Facebook. I would like to get them back, how do I do this?

Check the image exceptions: Tools > Options > Content: Load Images: Exceptions 
You can see the permissions for the server in the current tab in Tools > Page Info > Permissions 
*A way to see which images are blocked is to click the favicon (Site Identification icon) on the left side of the location bar.
*A click on the "More Information" button will open the Security tab of the "Page Info" window (also accessible via "Tools > Page Info").
*Open the Media tab of the "Page Info" window.
*Select the first image and scroll down though the list with the Down arrow key.
*If an image in the list is grayed and there is a check-mark in the box "Block Images from..." then remove that mark to unblock the images from that domain.

I did the lastes update on my Iphone 5 and later when I went to my contracts they were all gone. The update had something to do with the cloud but I don't remember if I ever set up a Icloud account.

Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPad?
Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Offand, after the iPad shuts down, then press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds). Ignore the "Slide to power off"
If these do not solve the problem you can restore from a current iTunes or iCloud backup.

All of your apps should be in iTunes on the computer, simply sync them back.
If they are not, go into the purchase history and download them again.

I change the language on my ipod and most of my songs were gone, how do i get them back?

Ok so, today i had the brightest idea to change the language on my ipod, after that of course i wanted to listen to some music and most of my music dissapeared, i thought that changing the language back to english was gonna be the solution but it wasn’t, i just connect the ipod to itunes and sync it again and nothing happend, i de select and select all of my music again manually to sync it and nothing happend,

definitly don't throw your iPod away.
Which iPod touch do you have? And, have you tried shutting it off completely and then turning it back on? Press and hold the button on the top until it powers off, wait about a minute and then press and hold the button until it comes back on.
Let us know what it's like after you do that.

If the menu bar is hidden then press the F10 key or hold down the Alt key, that should make the menu bar appear.

Use "Alt" to make sure the menu bar is visible, then View > Toolbars > ... -- make sure that the Navigation bar is checkmarked, if tabs on top is confusing uncheck that, if you want to see menus and title bar make sure menu bar is check-marked.

Thank you so much for providing the details about the duplicate song issue you are experiencing. It sounds like you would like to remove the duplicate songs that will not play on your iPhone, but when you connect it to iTunes, iTunes only shows you one copy of the song on your iPhone.
In this situation, I recommend deleting the individual songs that do not play directly from your iPhone. I found the steps to do this on page 61 of the iPhone User Guide (http://manuals.info.apple.com/en_US/iphone_user_guide.pdf):
Delete a song from iPhone: In Songs, swipe the song, then tap Delete.

If you bought them on your iPad then you will need to connect your iPad to your computer's iTunes and do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases to copy them over to the Tones part of your computer's iTunes library and you can then sync them to your iPhone - ringtones are a one-time only download, so you won't be able to redownload them directly on your phone.

Aren't those the default games that come with the iPod Classic? If so, they won't be in your iTunes library, but only on your iPod Classic itself as they are built in the iPod's software.
