My iTunes purchase went to someone else credit card and billing
I am extremely unsatisfied with Apple billing system and Apple Support Service which bring me difficulty with contacting the Apple Support Service, time wasting, and my additional phone service bill. Additional, it gives my personal information away to "[email protected]".
I have been talking with iTunes Support for more than 30 minutes which was not helpful. Later, I received an email saying that Apple will contact me back within another 48 hours and left no contact information for me. My case number is 746349198.
"[email protected]" has forwarded an email claiming that I'm using his credit card to purchase iTunes Stores items which I DID NOT.
iTunes Support has checked my payment method and claimed that my payment method is registered to a MasterCard .... xx18 which this is not mine. And I have never registered this MasterCard .... xx18 onto my payment method before.
I have checked my Apple ID payment from my iPhone 6 and it is registered to my MasterCard .... xx11.
I have made many purchases before and had no problem with billing.
Why don't Apple provides easier ways of contacting and supporting their customers especially when it comes to billing and money issues?
Can we really trust Apple with our credit card and personal information?
Can anyone recommend me a faster way of getting this sort out, or may be a direct email address?
I believe that I found the problem and solved it. I believe that it was a bug from family sharing payment method.
My primary payment method was a card number of xx11. Since I am the organiser of my family sharing group. So basically, it should have taken my primary payment method.
The strange thing that I found was in the family sharing payment method. It was taking the card number of xx18 which wasn't mine. And note that I have never register the card number of xx18 to my primary payment method before.
I took the action of asking the card holder of xx18 whether or not I was in his family sharing member. And he has confirmed that I wasn't in his list.
Since there was no option for changing payment method in family sharing, I stopped the sharing and started it again. This time it took my card number of xx11 automatically.
I'm not sure whether or not Apple notice this bug but this has been a time wasting for me. I hope that Apple will improve their support because I wasn't getting any useful support.

If you were instructed to call them, then that's what you should do. They will probably need to verify your identity before helping you with the security question.

In mail app, you can remove the account and add theirs in settings>Mail, Calendars,Contacts.
or add theirs only and in mail, go up a level and view each inbox seperately.

Good day, can someone show how to update a new credit card on iTunes Store as I have changed my credit card. It seems like the system doesn't accept the new infos but when investigated with apple store staff members, they said I had a previous purchase to complete for the payment in order to update my new infos. Does Apple have authorization credit card form? So that I can authorize them to finalize the previous purchase payment with a new card.

HT1918 Adding a US credit card and billing address to my UK iTunes account
I am here in the US busting my family for a month and would like to access the US iTunes store and do have a US credit card as well as a US billing address so how can I add it to my iTunes so I can download US apps that are free like the Lifetime network app?
I don't want to replace and lose all my UK apps a and music but would like to add....is it possibleClick here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.

Credit Card and Billing Address Problem

My Credit Card is from the US, but i live in Canada. When entering my Credit Card info for getting the Adobe Cloud, it automatically has a fix "Canada" as billing address. It wont let me change it, what should i do? The Credit Card adresse is fixed to the one in the US and cant be changed.

I tried to change my country but a message says i have a store credit balance and must spend it before changing store. But how i can spend it i only have 8 cents left?
