My Itunes says I have 19.3GB but my Iphone says I have 9.7GB - why is there a huge difference?
Anyone know the reason for such a huge difference?

Sounds like you have abn expired credit card linked o yoru accopunt.
View your iTunes account payment info and select None for the CC.
You may need to first add a valid card number before you can remove it.

According to Apple documentation, you need at least 9 GB of available space on the startup volume (as shown in the Finder Info window) for normal operation. You also need enough space left over to allow for growth of your data. There is little or no performance advantage to having more available space than the minimum Apple recommends. Available storage space that you'll never use is wasted space. -
iTunes says I have 2.5 gigs of music on my iPhone 5s but my iPhone says I have no content. Any idea where my music went to? I deleted all my music and started fresh with no music. iTunes will not import non-iTunes purchases from iOS devices. If you still have your old computer you can transfer your iTunes library to your new one.

You need to be running Mac OS X 10.5 or newer to get iTunes 10. This OS version won't run on a G3.
Mac OS X 10.5 and 10.6 are available on DVD. Mac OS X 10.6 requires an Intel Mac.

I have 7gb free according to itunes but my iphone says only15.4mb
So my iPhone 3GS (4.3.3) has issues syncing and taking photos cos it says its out of space and my iphone says there is only 15.4mb available but when I connect it to iTunes the capacity bars says there's is 7GB free. Whats up with this?
Restart your iPhone. Press and hold the sleep/wake button until you see the red slider then swipe to power off. Then press and hold the sleep / wake button until you see the Apple logo.
See if available space is correct now.

TextEdit is not working. I have tried repairing and I have tried reinstalling but it still says "You can't open the application TextEdit.app because it may be damaged or incomplete."

Tried pacifist this morning again but this time I tried reinstalling the whole apps package half way through its says it cant reinstall due to multiple missing files.

I purchased Creative Cloud through the Employee Purchase program. Had to reimage system. Need help reinstalling application. I have "redemption" code, but get error saying it has already been redeemed. Can you please advise how I go about getting my software reinstalled? If I was given the serial number when I redeemed, I don't have any record of it.

I have just received a new iPhone 4s and have restored it from the last back up I did before I got the new phone, however, after I do the restore the only option I get is to click on "Done" at the top of the page but then no data or information from my phone shows up and when I click on the "iPhone" button on the top right hand side of the page it takes me back to the previous page and gives me the option to set up a new phone or restore again. I have just restored my husbands iPhone 5 and had no issues at all. They were both backed up on the same day last week.
That does happen. It depends on how hard the server is being hit, as well as the connection speed of your system. If you are on a windows system, you will want to disable any antivirus or firewall software during the download.

You can only have one active iCloud account and one iTunes account. Are you by chance refering to email accounts defined in the mail app? If so, if one of the accounts (a non-iCloud account) is a POP account, then an email is usually sent to one device. Once sent, the email is deleted from the server, thus other devices never get copies. That's how POP works.

Turn off your ability to use apps, plugins, and websites on and off Facebook. After you turn this off, we will not store information about you when you use apps or websites off Facebook.
The "Turn off" is a hyperlink that shuts down the Facebook platform. If you don't see this, or if the wording is different, you may have (inadvertently?) shut this off, and should be able to turn it back on.
Edit: The sequence to that screen on facebook.com is: Privacy Settings (from the upper right dropdown), then "Ads, Apps and Websites" will have an "Edit settings" link to the right. This is where you'll see the "Apps you use" screen. -
