have you deleted the account and re-added it? Have you done a reset or restore as outlined in the iPhone user guide? What troubleshooting have you done?

Safari won't provide a drop down menu when I click on paper clip in outlook email. Any help on this would be great.

The IT person at work says the browser isn't working or Safari isn't updated and I should try a different browser. My other Comcast email is fine. I can attach anything. Any help would be great.

You could try enabling the Develop menu and try using IE but no guarantees. Not surprising that (Microsoft) Outlook isn't compatible with Apples' Safari.
From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Prerferences then select the Advanced tab.
Select: Show Develop menu in menu bar
Now from the Safari menu bar top of your screen click Develop > User Agent
Try IE 7, 8, or 9.

If the thief enabled activation lock on the device, then there is nothing that can be done. Only the password for the Apple ID that it is locked with can disable activation lock.

I have a Belgian Apple ID, but want to use the UK i-tunes store. I get a dialogue box saying "The Apple ID is only valid for purchases in The Belgian iTunes store". Is there any way around this? Thanks, Jackie

When you move to Portugal (very nice, I've just come back from visiting Cascais/Sintra/Sines ) I think you'll just get re-directed to Portuguese iTunes. When I moved to France from the UK I got re-directed to the French store.
To view UK programmes in France I used to subscribe to a VPN server through https://www.my-private-network.co.uk/ (there are others, but very pleased with their service). The catch-up channels (iPlayer, etc) think you're in the UK so you can watch the programmes online. Wouldn't work with iTunes UK store though .

It is very difficult to offer troubleshooting suggestions when the "os version" you are using is unknown as each os has their own troubleshooting solutions.

maybe something is wrong with your install or your computers hardware as in a periodic defect
or the cd is dodgy

on my windows 8.1 think I installed them when I was still using win8 though
without problems
when the same bootcamp partition was windows 7 ultimate 64bit
I was running

Itunes store Icon has disappeared from my iTouch

I have previously used the iTunes store icon on my iTouch to access the store and download music. The icon is no longer there so I cant access the store. How can I get the icon back to start downloading again?

Check your restrictions. You probably have them set.
Or the icon is on another home page.

New Tag in iTunes Store, Just Noticed? Any Help?

I just logged in to my iTunes Store account. And at the top right, near where your username is displayed, there was a new tag right next to it, in pale yellow that says "3 Videos". What is that?? Never seen it before?

It means that the next three videos you purchase from the iTunes Store won't be charged to a credit card or count against a gift card's balance; you have a credit for them.

When typing or clicking to open pages firefox does not show the text or that it has changed to the other page. Unless i minimize and then maximise the window. Any help with this would be much appreciated.

The browser seems to be lagging and stuck on the original page until moved around the screen or minimised or maximised.
Again any help at all is much appreciated. I really dont like using other browsers.
I have the latest edition of directx, graphics card and sound drivers are all up to date according to the laptop manufactor's website.
Reinstalled and uninstalled around 3 times. Thought it could be a registery problem so before i installed it the final time i ran c cleaner.
Ran adaware and superanti spyware to see if spyware was a problem

Try to disable hardware acceleration.
*Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
If disabling hardware acceleration works then check if there is an update available for your graphics display driver.

iTunes gift cards are only valid in their country of issue - so Austrian cards can only be used in Austria on Austrian iTunes accounts. Do you know anybody in Austria that you could sell or give the card to ?

Any ideas of what might have changed since the last time it was able to successfully connect? Did you recently install any new software or USB peripherals/drivers that could be causing some sort of conflict?
What have you tried so far in terms of troubleshooting?
Does the Shuffle still charge while you have it plugged in?

A window with message: "A keychain cannot be found to store Safari" appears frequently. I would try First Aid, but now the keychain app itself has moved to an undisclosed location. How do I find keychain, and, once found, how do I lose the irritating message?

Do a search for Keychain Access.
Look in the Trash.
Look in Applications.
Put back in Applications/Utilities.
Check in your User's Library/Keychains
Do you see your login.keychain in this folder?
