My ITunes Store is showing up blank.

Hello.
Recently my ITunes store hasn't been working. I'd click on the icon and my Library is working just fine. Same for music and apps that I already have. And also for my Ipod Touch. But when I click to go to the Store, it will show the Itunes page then go blank. Leaving the bar across the top, Library and the search bar. As for the search bar, I can type things in, hit return but no results. Same blank page. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my computer, reset the cache for both Itunes and Safari. But nothing is working! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

All software has bugs. Try closing the Camera app via the phone's taskbar and do a soft-reset of your phone, and/or update to the iOS 8.2 which was released yesterday).

Soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the equivalent of a reboot.

I have found a fix after doing additional research through this forum. Tech Note #328730 addresses this problem and it works for Photoshop Album 3.2 even though it was written for release 1.0.

When using this fix the Tech Note indicates:
"Imported image data and tags are lost when you re-create the My Catalog.psa file, so you need to reimport images and reapply any tags"
however it did retain the captions (at least it did for me).

In windows 7, click on your start menu, go to accessories, right click on the command prompt icon and choose "run as administrator". Once it opens, type in the following command...
netsh winsock reset
hit enter and it should say something like winsock reset successful now reboot your computer.

If there is content that you would like to see in iTunes, contact Apple and the content owner. Ultimately Otis up to the content owner if that content is made available in iTunes.

Go into the Music app and access the iTunes Store through it. You should on have to do so one time.

ITunes Store graphics showing up only as broken chain.

All of the graphics on my iTunes Store are showing up as broken chains and the buttons (Subscribe, Buy Now, etc.) are red "x"s. I installed the new iTunes, thinking this was the problem, but it still isn't showing up as anything.

You need to go to your software update and update to the latest version of Quicktime. I had the same issue and once I updated to the latest version of Quicktime, the graphics all showed up again and it worked fine.

OK... I'll give that a try. Didn't look that closely at the filesize, it would be nice if the written specs mentioned the filesize limitations.

The name of the filename is automatically changed by the CMS when an image in the system is updated/replaced. (The long string of hex digits is actually a guid based on a hash of the visible bitmap.

Changed feed and deleted old account. iTunes Store still showing deleted content?

I was a former use of Podomatic and published my RSS feed to iTunes in order to publish my podcasts. I am now publishing to iTunes direct from my webserver via software "Feed For All" that I purchased. iTunes approved the changed URL RSS feed and it's working fine in the iTunes store. All that is available via the Feed for All URL is being published by iTunes, so that's not the problem. The problem lays in that I deleted my Podomatic account approximately 7 days ago, and iTunes Store still shows the Podomatic content ... i.e., unplayable and not working podcasts as well as the avatar from my Podomatic account.
How long does it take for iTunes to strip out the old Podomatic stuff?

I'm assuming that you are in Germany as you posted in German, in which case you won't be able to re-download TV shows. If you haven't got copies of them anywhere then you can try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will grant you a re-download : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

How come my iTune store only shows podcasts nd itunesU as the option when I thought I could download music or movies?

It depends on what country you are in - not all content types are available in all countries. A full list of what is available where is shown on this page . If you are in one of those countries where only podcasts and iTunes U are available, the unfortunately you won't be able to buy music and films from Apple (and the terms of use of the stores state that you cannot use another country's store). Are there other music purchase download sites in your country ?

Same here. It's been working just fine for months and suddenly last night (01/05/12) I no longer have any access to iTunes Store or Netflix from the main menu.
