My iTunes store shows I downloaded Instagram for my iPad but my iPad doesn't show it anywhere - any idea where I can find it?

My iTunes on my iMac says I have downloaded the Instagram app but when I sync my iTunes with my iPad - I cannot locate the app anywhere. Does anyone know where to find it?

the instangram app is not a ipad app it's an iphone / ipod touch app
if you connect your ipad to your computer and start itunes you need to navigate to the ipad and click apps
click on the sort by name dropdownbutton
and change from show only ipad apps to show all apps
then you can install it on the ipad
but it look pretty bad imho being an iphone app it will tiny unless you chose 2X zoom in which case it fill the screen but is pixel'ish
Padgram is a better instagram app for ipads

You could also try jumping in on some of the Mozilla IRC chat channels as was suggested to someone else in another thread.
Also you could also try the [/forums/buddies new contributors forum], it does now have an Admin monitoring and replying. (At the time of the quoted post Admins were almost impossible to get hold of for forum matters )

And maybe some help with perl might be needed with firebot, a irc bot written in perl. Channel #firebot for that.

Update your iOS.
If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.1.3. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

Have you noticed that your iMac's screen is less glossy than normal?
Do you prefer this over having an additional panel of glass making your display overly and unnecessarily glossy?
It may not look as pretty, but I'll bet your screen looks better and sharper and you may be getting a benefit of added heat dissipation. Also, not to mention, less eye strain and/or headaches
You will just have to be a little more careful with the iMac's real TFT screen if you choose this option.
A little more careful cleaning it and making sure no liquids get inside.
It's up to you what you want to do.
You can order the panel, anyway, but choose not to replace it until you sell it or have to bring in for repairs.

Check in the Store menu at the top of your iTunes application on the computer rather than visiting the iTunes Store..

Why is my ipad and itunes working for everything on the stores, but the search doesnt work on them? Any ideas what i can do to help it?

3. If no network selected, do the diagnostics
4. Enter the SSID & PSWD
5. If asked for DHCP or PPo, chose DHCP

Lightroom doesn't use the Camera Raw plug-in. All of the Camera Raw technology is part of the Lightroom program. You will either have to upgrade to Lightroom 5 or use the DNG converter to create digital negative copies that can be used with Lightroom 4.

The apps in the iTunes App Store are for iOS devices, iPhones, iPads, etc. The apps in the Mac App Store are for Macs. Apps for iOS devices do not run on Macs. Apps for Macs do not run on iOS devices. Your purchases in the iTunes App Store will never show up in the Purchases pane of the Mac App Store. They are two different versions of apps for two different operating systems. If a developer has developed a version for both platforms they must be purchased separately.
