I have uninstalled and reinstalled itunes a few different times in the last hour. Its giving me the error code 3221, and ive been on the FAQ and nothing has worked. My Itunes will connect, show the store, and let you browse, but when you try to make a purchase. It says "We could not complete your Itunes store request. The requested resource was not found. -- There was an error in the Itunes Store. Please try again later."
I"m really hoping this is a matinence thing on their end, and that it will be working in a couple of hours or less.

Trying to connect my iphone to itunes but when i plug it in itunes wont recognize that its there. my computer finds it just not itunes. I have tried with multiple devices and none work. Never had this problem before, but i did just update to the most recent itunes.

I would first check to make sure you still have iTunes set to retrieve album information from the Internet under iTunes preferences. Just head to the Edit drop down menu and choose Preferences. When the window pops up, head over to the Advanced tab. From that Window, click on the Importing tab. Lastly, make sure there is a check mark next to "automatically retrieve CD track names from Internet." Then hit OK to apply the changes if necessary.
Otherwise, there may be a problem with iTunes connection to the Internet. Can you still connect to the iTunes store ok?

That's critical info. There is a router configuration that will allow regular computers to communicate but will block IOS (iPad/iPod/iPhone) communication. Good thing that I did not send you down that route.
Well, start witht the easy stuff. Power down the router, wait ten seconds and power it back up again.
If no good, go to the iPod Settings/WiFi and touch the ">" sign to the right of the router name. Touch "Forget this Network" and configure your WiFi from the beginning.
