It sounds like you may need to uninstall your version of iTunes and then reinstall the newest version:
Removing and reinstalling iTunes and other software components for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8

There are certain components of iTunes that need to be uninstalled in order, so make sure you follow the uninstall steps in the above article. You can then visit the following link to get the latest version of iTunes and install it:

Itunes wont work on my iPhone

I recently downloaded iOS 7 on my iphone and since then, i have not been able to use iTunes. When i click on the iTunes app, it opens but stops loading at a plain white screen with the menu bar on the bottom. I have shut off my phone, synced it to my computer, and reset my network setting. However, nothing has worked to fix the problem. Please help?

If the iTunes window is not loading properly, I would try closing all the apps that are running:
Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.

Itunes wont work with Airport Express

Hi,
I have been having issues with Itunes and Airport Express for years. I got if fixed a year ago through Apple, but now that the new Itunes came out, back to square one and frustrated.
I have an IMAC G5 going wireless to Airport Express. There is nothing in the way and I am 5 feet from the Airport.
We worked on this issue on the phone for literally hours over a 3 day period. I cannot remember exactly how we fixed it, because we changed so many settings.
I am opening Itunes, I can see the choices of my Airport Express or my computer or both, I can click on Airport Express and music will last for several seconds to a minute at the most, then it shuts off. The music will stop streaming, my Airport express will go off line, and Itunes will lock up completely. I have to force Itunes closed, log off Airport, log back in Airport, if I am to get back on line.
The one thing I seem to recollect is we changed some sort of preference where the Airport through some thing was trying to force its way into the network, so it would shut it off from logging into the network. I think we changed something in the log on preferences in system preferences, but I am not sure.
I have no idea how to fix this issue and have worked on it for hours, if anyone KNOWS how to fix it, and I have read / tried about 10 different obsurd ways to fix, please give me the information. I have tried re setting up network, logging off, re installing, you name it, so if you do know for sure how to fix it please give me the information.

I'm having the same problem with Windows 7. I'm not sure what information I should post to make diagnosing this problem easier. (I'm not very tech savy.) I have a 16GB Itouch and I'm running the 10.4.1 version of Itunes. I've tried using Itunes' diagnostic tools but it just doesn't see my device. Any advice?
