My Keynote disappeared and the store says I need to buy another one, any help please?
It just disappereared and I really need it, I can't afford to buy I just need it, I had it but I don't even know what happened!
Usually you can download apps again but I don't know. You posted this on the iTunes forum and you bought it from the Mac app Store, not the iTunes Store. I'll request this topic be moved.

I actually had Keynote 06, Keynote 08, and Keynote 09. After finding trashing 06 and 08, 09 is working fine. Apple support troubleshot it this morning with me.

Upgrade to Snow Leopard and the software says I need 5GB just to install?

Apple recommends 2GB of RAM as an installation prerequisite for Maverick. At least half of this available memory will be consumed by Maverick while it is running. The remainder will not support very many concurrent applications, or open browser tabs, before exhausting available memory. The consequence is that your Mac will run slower than it should with Mavericks.
You be the judge. That early 2008 MBP can only expand to 6GB. I know, had one. -

Apple will be "pulsing" the release of iOS 7 to users in staggered waves according to their time zone. Thus evenly distributing the server load and ensuring that everyone that wants it can get it in a reasonable amount of time. -

Raws, even if not compressed, Sould be smaller than a 24-bit Tiff, since they have only one bitplane. My T3i shoots 14 bit 18MP raws and has a raw file size of 24.5 MB*. An uncompressed Tiff should have a size of 18 MP x 3 bytes per pixel or 54 MB.
*There must be some lossless compression going on since 18 MP times 1.75 bytes per pixel is 31.5MB for uncompressed raw. -
My screen is lifting in the corner and the phone is in an otter box and in immaculate condition. Took it in and the manager told me that it's my fault and insinuated that I bent the frame on purpose to get a new phone! I just want my phone fixed. I don't want to pay 300 for another phone when they have already fixed the screen once as it wasn't working.
So call AppleCare and ask to be transferred to customer service and talk to them.

Please can someone help, I am just trying to set up iCloud on my iPad. When I click on accept terms and conditions it says unable to connect to server? I have googled how to do this, forums suggest to open a find friends app, then try to reconnect. It still doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
Check this. Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>On. Make sure that the time zone setting is correct as well.

I have just tried to update iTunes to the latest software and now I keep getting error messages. I have uninstalled and downloaded the latest version without any success. Any advice please?
Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from the following page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

To install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any Bonjour entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another install. Does it go through this time? -

Ideally you need to boot from the disk as you have no other media advisable. (e.g your hard drive)
Without some form of system disk or restore you wont be able to diagnose the problem with your hard drive.
By using a Mac OS X system disk you can load up the Disk Utilities and repair the hard drive if shown it's available. If it's not available you would need to replace the hard drive and reinstall Mac OS. Without any disk to support you, you are going to struggle.
You can obtain replacement disk, both retail copies or system disk on the Internet.
If you know what version of Mac OS X you had install (I'm guessing that it would have been 10.3, but would recommend 10.4) A retail disk is normally black with a colored 'X' on it, while system disk are always.
Always try and obtain a copy of the system restore disks (Gray) for your iBook
Ebay is another outlet that has genuine system disk for sell, but like any auction site, it's as and when someone is selling them.
The only other thing you could do is take it to a Apple repair agent who could check the hard drive on your behalf. That way you can get confirmation if the problem is the drive or some other fault. They may even help restore the OS for you.
I can't think of anything else to try without some form of disk to help you.
There maybe just one other small thing you could try.
When booting up, firmly rest your palm of your hand on the iBook next to the tracker pad on the left side.
If it works then it's another fault that I'm aware of. -

You need to buy and install more RAM. Check the computer's documentation for instructions, or choose About this Mac from the Apple menu, click on the version twice, append the last three characters of its serial number to http://www.everymac.com/ultimate-mac-lookup/?search_keywords= , look it up, and find the instructions.
