My kid accidentally made an in-app purchase,can I request a refund from apple?
My kid accidentally made an in-app purchase,it's not much only 2 dollars but my bank was overdrafted,so the transaction was not paid for,and now I can't update my apps,can I get a refund from apple(because it was an accidental purchase) so I can start using my app store account again?

In your email invoice for the £69.99 there may be a Report a Problem link, but I've found they don't work as well as they used to.

Did you buy anything (free or otherwise) just before your son got hold of the iPad?
I've always found that if you've entered your password to purchase or update in the last 5-10 mins that you don't get asked for it again - I think this should be optional for app store purchases but definitely for in-app purchases if they allow kids to rack up extortionate costs.
I hope Apple can do the right thing for you.
£69.99 is a ridiculous in-app purchase cost. Do you know what the app was?

I would suggest restarting the iPad and see if the download resumes.

Downloaded free game for my iPad 2; made several in-app purchases. The game no longer works, it's happen to all users (customers). Deleting and re-downloading refreshes the game to level 1. How can I get a refund?
You can contact iTunes and ASK for a refund. Then make make an exception to their all sale are final policy.

In the future set the restrictions so that in-app purchases are prohibited and that a password is always required.

I made an in app purchase and never received what I was supposed to. I contacted the producers of the app and they never got back to me. I then contacted apple and they said they would return my 25$ purchase. I still haven't gotten it. I am starting to feel like I just lost 25 dollars and both companies are sweeping it under the bus. I don't know what to do now. What should I do?!?!

Hi, this has happened two time in the course of 1 month. I've made two in-app purchases from two different apps throughout the month. And both times, i was charged twice the amount of the price of the item, here's the story..
LINE app 800 coins - a month ago, i made a purchase of LINE coins, the app crashed during purchase, before i could fill in my itunes password. So i tried again, and it succeeded the second time, but two charges were made and only one reward was given.
LINE Lets Get Rich - a week ago, i made an in-app purchase from LINE Lets Get Rich app. The item was only made for one time purchase only, it is an offer for 'first purchase only'. When i was purchasing, the app crashed before i could fill my password for my itunes account. So i tried again, and it succeeded.. but again, two charges were made for this item. The problem is with an item in the 'Latest Purchases' section. When I click on 'Report a Problem' it takes me to the support page. I have gone to the link you provided many times... so far it always says to check again in a few minutes and never works.

For the game freezing, have you tried closing it via the phone's taskbar, doing a soft-reset of your phone, and if they don't fix it reported it to the game's developer ? -
