i'm a bit mad since i am in usa,i made the update on my ipad and my iphone and guess what!???my comptuer can't see my IPHONE and my ipad anymore!!!ithat's so annoing,please do something
my iphone is american i bought it here but my computer and my ithune account are french
seriously apple is being ******* annoing sometimes...

When you get another phone, if it is on iOS 7, you can enable Find My iPhone, and if someone steals it they cannot restore it unless they disable Find My iPhone, and they can't do that without your password.
It is hoped that this will deter further thefts.

Just downloaded the latest version of iTunes, but can't find "Power Search" anymore to locate specific songs or artists quickly? "Browse" takes waaay too long. Any suggestions?

I'm switching from iPhone 3GS AT&T iOS 4.3 to new iPhone 5 Verizon. Apple online suggests iTunes 11.0.1 on MB OS 10.6.8 to backup contacts, etc. How do I know if backup really worked? I created a new contact on my iPhone and a different one in my calendar on the MB. Connected iPhone to the MB and synched/backedup. However, I can't find my iPhone contact in MB AddressBook and vice versa. Did the backup work? I cannot afford to lose my calendar, contacts, etc when I get my new iPhone 5. thanks!

i can't find my iPhone name when i right click to backup. but i see my backup folder in the mobile sync. how do i get that folder to go into itunes

They will only be where you put them If you are doing the very basics, then they will be on your computer and they will be in your backup copy of your computer.
The itunes store is not global at all, never has been. You cannot redownload your content from another country. You can only use the countrys itunes store for the country that you are physically located. -

I connected my iPhone to my macbook to charge it. When I come to eject it I can't find the iphone icon in finder or on desktop?
With Macintosh Computers there is no Finder or Desktop icon for iPhone. Just unplug the iPhone. In iTunes application this is different and you can so-called eject it if you want.

If you have not already done so, shut down MBA, restart, and try again. If the camera still does not work, use all relevant suggestions from Apple's http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2090.

That's just the thing.. there is NO /MobileSync/Backup/ folder in my OSX Mountain Lion, or at least I cannot find it anywhere.
