My Laptop sound works fine with other browsers, but same audio played in Firefox browser is VERY low. Is there a fix for this?

I run Windows 7 on a Dell Laptop with i5 processor - SRS premium sound that works well except when using Firefox browser. Example of problem - listening to CNN news on TunedIn online Radio - volume cranked all the way up provides about 20% of the audio volume when listening to the same on Google Chrome.

Had this problem for quite a while but found a work-a-round. I click anywhere in the text I want to delete and insert any character. I am then able to block and delete any text I want to. It's been working great.

Can't click on certain options like log-out, that are usually located at the top of a website. They are frozen, and firefox doesn't allow me to click on them. It works fine with other browsers.

For example, if when I use hotmail, I cannot click on the options that appear in the upper portion of the page. Example, "menu" "help" "log-out". Same thing happens to facebook, so i can't see my notifications, or log out. When i try to click on them, nothing happens. I tried using facebook and hotmail with other browsers, and it works fine. I don't understand why i can't click on certain things with firefox. I haven't recently made any changes to firefox, and it is the lastest version. I also tried uninstalling, and installing again, but it didn't fix the problem.

HT201394 cannot use bluetooth with my new nissan altima since I updated to 8.0.2. I am very disappointed is there a fix for this?

A Month ago I purchased a new Altima and I was able to connect with my iPhone to the car and take and answer calls. Since the update I can no longer use my bluetooth to answer, make or hear calls on my car.
My car also uses Nissan connect. I was able to use it just fine with the previous iphone OS versions. My husband has the same iPhone that I have and it works perfectly on the car. He hasn't upgraded it to 8.01 nor 8.02. He is on version 7.1.2
I hope Apple can address this. Or maybe there is a way to undo the updates and go back to 7.1.2 on my phone. We both have iphones 4s 32 gb. I will address this with Nissan as well and its syste on the altima (2014 nissan connect).
Has anyone else encountered this problem and found a solution. I tried restarting the car and the phones. I tried erasing the phone from the car and re-installing it.

I am using Firefox 3.3.23 which works fine for me. Whenever I try a newer version, I find that I can read my email, but I am not allowed to send email messages. Is there a fix for this problem so I can switch to the latest version of Firefox??

More recently I started getting this with google search which is even more annoying due the frequency I use that (like trying to troubleshoot this problem). However, I managed to fix that by following the help suggestions here for the google site:

Might be an incompatible extension or plugin ...
Try troubleshooting Safari extensions and third party plugins.
From the Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Extensions tab. Turn that OFF, quit and relaunch Safari to test. If that helped, turn one extension on then quit and relaunch Safari to test until you find the incompatible extension then click uninstall.
If it's not an extensions issue, try troubleshooting third party plug-ins.
Back to Safari > Preferences. This time select the Security tab. Deselect: Allow all other plug-ins. Quit and relaunch Safari to test.
If that made a difference, instructions for troubleshooting plugins here.

I have the solution! Well it at least worked for me. This is the response I got from Apple, Can you please try the following steps towards fixing your audio issue, and report back with your results?
1. Open the application Audio Midi Setup (located in Applications : Utilities)
2. Select the Output Tab for the current output device
3. Select the Configure Speakers option
4. Select the Multichannel tab
5. Change the setting to Stereo Now mine was set to stereo but the left channel wasn't showing left. re-clicking on stereo reloaded the settings and after clicking apply it worked.

Have you got notifications muted ? Only notifications (including games) get muted, so the Music and Videos apps, and headphones, still get sound.
Depending on what you've got Settings > General > Use Side Switch To set to (mute or rotation lock), then you can mute notifications by the switch on the right hand side of the iPad above the volume switch, or via control centre : swipe up from the bottom edge of the screen and it's the right-most of the 5 icons in the middle of it (if the icon is white then it's 'on', tap it to turn it grey and 'off'). What user troubleshooting have you done on the phone? The steps are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new. Understand that a restore will put the latest iOS on your device. It is also possible there is a hardware fault on the device and the Bluetooth is failing. Anything is possible given the scenario you describe.
And as far as iOS 7.x is concerned, we have 5 different iPhones here at home, all with the latest iOS, a 4, 4s, 5c, and 2-5s and all are working just fine. So, a blanket statement such as the one provided by the other poster is not completely true. Others are not having any issues at all either.

Will Apple provide a new charger if theirs is faulty? I have not dropped it in water or anything. It was a normal day and I had 20% battery and I tried to charge my phone and it wouldn't charge. The charging pug box works fine with other phone USB cords so I know its something to do with the charging cord.
