My last purchase (Creative Suite 3 back in 2007) is no longer listed in my order history

I was able to re-download and re-install it after my last computer crash four years ago. I had to speak with a live person at Adobe to get a new registration code but I successfully installed it on my then new computer - the one that just crashed. Unfortunately my order history has been wiped clean. I can't afford to upgrade to the current version (even if I could without a record of ownership), let alone buy new. How do I contact a live person to get me up and running again?

We are sorry but you would not be able to update from Creative Suite 4 .The reason being there are no updates available for Acrobat version 9 .It is quite an older version so you are unfortunately not eligible for any updates or upgrade .
The best option for you would be to opt for Acrobat DC .
You could either for Acrobat DC subscription or perpetual version .Here is the link to download the same .

We just purchased Creative Suite 5 for my class and we would like to make a still picture from a video clip we downloaded on our computer. Can we do this in one of the programs on Creative Suite 5 premium? We searched through the book and through the site and didn't see anything saying if we could or couldn't.

I was opening Illustrator in CS4 design standard. Odd too, because the error comes up with it showing missing plugins from Photoshop. I opened Photoshop first, then Illustrator to see if it changed anything. Yes, One of the two error messages for a plugin was gone.
To remove apps I went to the Adobe website to redownload my standard CS4 and chose "uninstall".. So I did. Restarts x 2 . Then Reopening illustrator...same thing again. Restarted, then went to Disky Utlity and cleaned up something off of it as per a internet suggestion...Sorry, it's been a long day alreay. Not me removing anything, just allowing it to do that with repairing.
The version of Mac OS is YOSEMITE 10.10.2 .
I recently updated!!! oooh nooooo! (every watch Mr. Bill on SNL?) so if the updated OS is the culprit, do I have to go back to older version for my apps to work? I never realized how very much I use Illustrator. I know there are extensions I could go through one at a time....seriously I am overwhelmed with some life events that make this computer dilema almost too much of a challenge for me at this time..I am truly grateful for your help. Issues downloading purchased creative suite?

I just purchased the adobe creative suite and have been having trouble downloading it. I followed the steps in the instruction guide, but when I click "open bundle," a text edit window opens with a bunch of text that makes no sense. I have a macbook pro that I purchased last year.
Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

If I purchased Creative Suite 5 for mac osx is it possible to change to windows version?

I purchased the Creative Suite Master Collection back in 2010 and have been running it on my macbook pro. However I've had to get a desktop to run more powerful media software.
Is there any way that I can move my purchased software to use with Windows? I don't have thousands of dollars to re buy these products just to work on a different computer. I have the installation disks for mac, what can I do? Am I basically screwed?

You need to upgrade to CS6 and make the platform switch or sign up for Creative Cloud.

I have purchased a Creative Suites 6. But, I cannot find what type of the CS6 I have bought (32 bits or 64 bits). Where can I get this information?
If I bought the 32 bits one, can I install 32 bit of CS into Windows 7 64 bits?

Where appropriate, the installer will contain both the 64bit and 32bit versions of the programs and install them both by default. There are no separate versions for 32bit or 64bit.

I agree) Such cases must be totally controlled by company. Company offer absolutely to everyone dowload links and serial numbers for CS2 software. Millions of users spent their own time to download this stuff. Now CS2 is free. It's good.
But i prefer to buy CS5 (Photoshop, for individual use) from trusted source, instead of sh#ted CS6. Adobe, make a special offer to me, instead of you worst Photoshop ever (CS6 at your market). Why i cant buy old version? It's better for a lot of professional users.

I have branched this out to a separate discussion. -=realsam=- we are not able to offer retail copies of Creative Suite 5 any longer as Creative Suite 6 is our current product offering. If you do have a need for Creative Suite 5 then you are welcome to purchase a volume license and request a backwards license to Creative Suite 5. In effect this will allow us to convert your Creative Suite 6 license to a Creative Suite 5 license.
Because of the complexity of this type of transaction I would recommend you work directly with our Volume Licensing team.
