My library shows up on my Apple tv2 but does not load. Everything else works I can watch trailers, rented movies and things like that. I could watch movies from my library through home sharing but it stopped working in the middle of a movie and hasn't worked since. Home sharing seems to work on my ipad and my other MBP but just not on the ATV2. Did the reset and reinstall of software on it.....any one got any other ideas?

I'm a bit unsure from your post which playlist is missing from where. If you deleted the "Purchased" playlist in iTunes it will be recreated next time you make a purchase. You can add your previous purchases into this list, and select it to be synced to your device. The "Purchased on <Device>" playlists are locked down and cannot be edited.

If you downloaded it to your Mac you don't watch it on your ATV unless you are using home sharing. Otherwise, you can stream it from your ATV directly from the store... which means you somewhat download it twice.

Movies are currently a one time download. Because of this, it is your responsibility to back them up so when something like this happens, you can simply copy them over the new drive.
You can't download them again with purchasing once again.

What do you mean the PC won't let you transfer the music? Save your entire iTunes folder (this is assuming that you have all your music stored in your iTunes folder) to an external hard drive. Connect that hard drive to your Mac. Copy the iTunes folder to your computer. Hold down the option key while launching iTunes on your Mac. Select the library you just copied when it ask you to select which library you want to open.

This is correct. It will not show in finder. It is not an external storage device.
The music sync is one way - computer to ipod. The only exception is itunes purchases. Open itunes connect ipod, do not sync, click File>Transfer Purchases

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.

HT1688 Cannot connect to WiFi on my iOS7 devices. It shows connection to the WiFi router but does not connect to anything online. All other non-iOS7 devices are working fine. Please advise.

I am unable to connect to WiFi on my iOS7 devices. I have an iPhone 5 and a iPad. The WiFi symbol shows connection to my wireless router but no internet connection is received. My other non-iOS7 devices are connecting without any problems. I have tried resetting network settings on both devices and rebooting my router with no luck.
Please advise.

I checked the top episode in your feed, and it does not have an image embedded in it as is necessary to have it display when subscribing. The method for doing this using iTunes is described here:

Says copying a movie that I bought on Apple TV but does not progress at all

It just sits there and says copying 1 of 1 but never advances/progress with the job.

I did reboot it. Plus I made a mistake and disconnected from it so lost all the previous stuff that was on AppleTV. So now it has to download the movie to my computer before it will download my data to Apple TV.
I am this close to deleting the movie on Apple TV but it was a $14.99 release.

Close all open apps by double-tapping the home button, then swiping upward on the app window (not the smaller icon) off the screen.

Facetime verifies my Apple ID but does not allow me to make calls

I was having no problem using facetime on my Macbook Air until just today when I went to use it. It asks me for my Apple ID. Keychain then asks me twice for the Facetime password (once for Messaging Agent, the other for the actual App). Then it asks me to specify my email address and after clicking next it says "Verified" but I am unable to advance. The only option is to re-enter my Apple ID. When I quit and reopen the process repeats itself.
Any suggestions?

It's not clear exactly what you're trying to accomplish here. If you're wanting to set up SMS forwarding introduced in iOS 8, then please follow the directions below. Also, your Apple ID should be an email address.
To use Continuity for SMS and MMS with your iPhone and your Mac, iPad or iPod touch
Your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch need to use iOS 8.1, and your Mac needs to use OS X Yosemite.
Sign in to iMessage on your iPhone, your other iOS devices, and your Mac using the same Apple ID.
On your iPhone:
Go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive > You Can Be Reached By, and add a check to both your phone number and email address.
Go to Messages > Text Message Forwarding, and enable the device(s) you would like to forward messages to.
Your Mac, iPad, or iPod touch will display a code. Enter this code on your iPhone to verify the SMS feature.

I am trying to connect mbp to tv using mini display port and HDMI cable TVtuned tocorrect port as shows Mac wallpaper (purple star scene) but does not show what is on MBP. What can I try so that I can see mbp display on TV?

What do I needto do to connect a tv as an external display for my mbp using a mini display port to hdmi cable. I have tried display without success. tv is receiving a signal as displays apples default wallpaper when connected but nothing from screen of mbp.

Soundls like it is working. Try dragging a window on the MBP to the edge of the screen and see if it appears on the TV.
There are two ways to set up the TV one is to mirror the MBP display and the other is to be an extension of the MBP's screen.
You change the settings in System Preference->Display
