My lightning adapter won't stuck

I got my iphone 5 today, when i first time recharged it, no problem. Now when tried to recharge it the second time, the adapter won't "stuck". It just falls out and it's loose.
I haven't used it roughly or in a agressive way.
Do anyone have any ideas how i can fix this and anyone who has stumbled opon the same problem?

You can go to the Apple Store and they'll refund you a new one.

Does the dock manufacture say it is compatible with the 5G iPod with iOS 6.0.1?
Have you went to the manufacturer's support site? Contacted them?
Try resetting the dock. How you do that depends upon the dock

30 pin to lightning adapter revised? How to purchase original version?.

In November of 2012 I ordered a 30 pin to lightning adapter through Amazon. It had the model number A1468 on the back. I believe Apple was the supplier for this part as it had all their standard info printed on the back of the adapter.
I used it with my iPhone 5 and later with my iPad mini to work with my Altec Lansing T612 stereo speaker docks. It worked great. It charged and it passed audio through.
Fast forward to this month and I purchase another adapter through Amazon using the same product link. It won't charge or pass audio. I try a second vendor and same issue. I also try 4XEM and theirs charges, but won't pass audio.
I go to the Apple store in town and purchase one. I notice immediately the part is wider than mine and not as tall. It also doesn't match the picture on the box. It doesn't charge or pass audio. My working adapter from 2012 looks like the picture on the box. Seems to me the part was revised.
How can I purchase more of these earlier versions of this adapter?

Just compared one purchased back last Sept direct from Apple online at iPhone 5 release and one purchased couple of weeks ago at an Apple Retail store ,both unquestionably genuine Apple

copies around and certainly on Amazon .
The description you give of the box is nothing like the detail on a Genuine Apple product ,in front of me now.

It will not release from the port and the port is no longer working as a result of my efforts to retrieve the USB cord. I have been an iPhone owner since the first release in 2007. I have never had a problem with my Apple products and have remained an enthusiastic, loyal customer. It is my understanding that Apple only has "extra" USB cords in Apple store. I live in a rural area without access to an Apple Store. Retailers and Carriers did not receive shipments of extra charging cords. This is unacceptable. I am absolutely at a loss because my port in my brand new car is not longer functioning and will likely have to be replaced, AT MY EXPENSE. My "Lightning" cord is literally stuck in my vehicle. My phone is currently sitting at Radioshack being charged so that I have at least a charge when I head out of town on business early tomorrow morning. Suggestions please as I am a VERY unhappy customer!

When I plug in my SD to lightning adapter for the iPad retina display, nothing happens. I've tried about 50 times, and one time it magically worked, so I know it's possible. Am I doing something wrong?

I just bought a new iPad with the SD to lightning adapter to upload pictures. When I plug it in, nothing happens. I have tried it with and without the SD card inserted when I plug it in, I've tried restarting it, I've even called Apple support and the woman hadn't even heard of the adapter. For some reason the lightening adapter version can be buggy.
A few tricks with mine (mine is the old 30 pin version but the premise is the same). You can give the iPad a reset. Sometimes that clears things up.
Also, if the adapter is empty then it doesn't show up, because there's nothing to make it show up. If the files on there aren't formatted correctly then they won't show up. (if you're trying to use the adapter and a card to transfer photos to your ipad, they must follow a very strict naming convention or they're not seen)

HT1665 I just purchassed a Lightning adapter for my iPhone 5. My car came with the normal iphone 4 connector. I have a protective cover on my phone but now the connector will not work as the lightning connecting tong is not long enough to make contact.

Is there a way to display iPad Mini on TV using Lightning Adapter?

I can do it with my old iPad but the Mini is reporting that it doesn't recognize the Lightning adapter. I have the HDMI cable plugged into the TV, the other end of the HDMI cable is plugged into an Apple HDMI to 30-pin adapter, and then I have a 30-pin to Lightning adapter connected which is plugged into the iPad mini. With this configuration I am not getting any transfer of picture from the Mini to the TV - the Mini is even reporting that it doesn't recognize the adapter (have tried the adapter in an iPhone 5 with the same result). Plug an old iPhone 4 into the 30-pin adapter and get picture on the TV.
Is there something in the Settings that needs to be configured?
Any help would be most appreciated.

30 pin to lightning adapter broken?

My official apple 30 pin to lightning adapter has randomly stopped working. It worked in my car and on my dock, but all of a sudden the ipod says device not supported when connected and the dock doesn't connect at all. Tried girlfriend's iphone 5 and same result on the dock and in the car. Any advice or is it just the adapter that has broken? Thanks

Have checked for fluff and given it a good blow to clear anything out. The ipod charges fine with the lightning usb charger but still no joy. As the iphone didn't work either I suspect the chip may have failed. I purchased 6 November 2013 so just in the 12 months warranty so it looks as though a trip to the apple store may be required.

Hey guys, I Have an iPhone 5.
I have an old iPhone 4 cable (official apple) and a lightning adapter (again, official apple) and I can charge from the wall no problem, however I don't seem to be able to connect it to my laptop for iTunes to recognise it?/
It's not the usb ports as I borrowed my brother's iPhone 5 lightning cable and that seems to work perfect, is there any reason why this doesn't work?

If you mean the 30 pin to lightning adapter, then it should be from apple. It was pretty expensive and if i google the item number on google, Applestores webpage showes up as number 2 so it should be authentic!

Why doesn't a genuine Apple 30 pin to Lightning adapter work with an iPhone 6 Plus?

Hello all - I was wondering if anyone else out there was having an issue with their Apple 30 pin to Lightning adapter not working with their new iPhone 6 Plus? The adapter worked fine with my iPhone 5, but since I got my new phone, I keep getting the message that says that "this accessory may not be compatible..." Did Apple change something with their Lightning ports? Should I purchase a new 30 pin to Lightning adapter? This is annoying! I have used it in my car (Kia) for over a year with an iPhone 5 and it worked flawlessly.

If you have as yet been unable to use this 30pin to lightning bolt adapter, I would like to recommend the troubleshooting in the following article to help you get that squared away:
If you need help with iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch accessories
These sections in particular since you have already done a couple of them:
Disconnect and inspect the accessory, then restart your device
Disconnect the accessory and turn it off, if possible.
Inspect the connection between the accessory and device and make sure that no debris or other damage is present.
Restart your iOS device by turning it off, then back on. When the Home screen appears, reconnect the accessory.
Restore iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Restore your iOS device. You should rarely need to use this step with an accessory issue. If the issue only affects a third-party accessory, contact the manufacturer before restoring the device.

You can't directly from a Galaxy phone. But you can certainly upload the pictures from your Galaxy phone to your computer and then sync them to your iPad via iTunes.

Loss of support for Tascam iU2 when using lightning adapter

Does anyone know why when using an iPod Touch 5g using the lightning adapter the Tascam audio/MIDI interface isn't recognized while using an iPod Touch 4g with iOS6 installed it is totally useable?

Lightning adapter will not fit to iPhone 5S with apple case on the phone

I recently purchased the lightning adapter for my iPhone 5S and the adapter does not insert properly when the Apple leather case is fitted to the phone, surely Apple do not expect one to remove the case to use the adapter?

Yeah, it doesn't look like much, but I'm leaving in the player dock and you can't see it when it's plugged in. Better than taking case on/off all the time. I didn't wanna cut my case because I don't think there'll be enough of it left to hold together very long. Good luck with yours! I wish ape would have just included a little extension stub with their adapter.

Will the Lightning Adapter support remote functionality?

I have an existing dock, which should work with the lightning adapter. The dock also came with a remote with controlled the iphone4 and 4s. Will remote functionality be maintained through this adapter? The website info on this adapter is a vague, and unhelpful.
My dock luckily has a line-in, so if the remote functionality doesnt work, then why bother paying $35 canadian for this adapter. When I'll have to manually control the iphone/ipod anyways.

The adapter will work with ipod dock as to playing musics. But some people are having problem with charging while docked. Ask apple store if the adapter will also work for charging the ipod befor you buy it (because it should supposed to be).
