My lightroom basic settings are set, and not zero'd out. How do I fix it

When I import photos, some of my sliders are already set. I want them in the middle so I can adjust. Specifically shadows and highlights are set to extremes. How do I correct this?

The Snow Leopard 10.6 DVD should still be available from Apple for $20. You will have to call Apple Customer Care 1-800-692-7753 or 1-800-676-2775 to purchase it. It may still be in the Legacy Products list. The App Store which is required to download 10.7 or 10.8 is part of the 10.6.6 update.
If they no longer have any in stock you will have to buy it from eBay or Apple resellers that still have stock. But you will have to pay a premium since the DVDs are no longer being made. Snow Leopard DVDs are already up to $100 on Amazon.

Log out of your account and log in to the admin account. If there is a password, ask him what the password is and tell him to set up an admin account for you.

Purchase history is just a list of your purchases. The actual content is NOT there. it is only a list.
When you download something it goes into itunes on your computer. From there it is your responsibility to move/copy/backup.
Once you downloaded it, where did you put it? Where is your backup copy?

I Moved From New York To Florida, But Kept The Same WiFi/Router, But The Maps App and My iPod Touch(4th Gen. & iOS 6) Is Still Registering My Location In New York.

For location the iPod uses the location of nearby routers that are in Apple's database of routers and their location. Thus it appears that Apple's database is incorrect. You do not have to be connected to the router, just within range.
Apple periodically updates their database based on information they obtain from iPhones, The iPhone has to have turned on the option to send info to Apple. no one has found another way to get the location of a router added/corrected.
You can confirm that by going to well-know place with wifi like Starbucks or McDonalds

My path is showing up outlined and not center lined. How can I fix this?

When clicking on my path, it shows it has a fill instead of being a stroke. When I take the fill color out, giving it a stroke color hoping this will fix the problem, it outlines the path as a box instead of one single line. I just need a center stroke as If I were using the pen tool

It seems that the original path has been outlined. Beyond undoing (Ctr/Cmd+Z) you cannot unoutline so you have to recreate.
If you need a straight line, you can just create it with the right length and centre align it with the rectangle, then adjust the Stroke Weight.
For curved shapes, you may:
1) Direct Select the end segments and delete them;
2) Object>Blend>Blend Options, set Specified Steps to 1;
3) Select both curved side paths and Object>Blend>Make and Object>Blend>Expand, then delete the original side paths and set the Stroke Weight as desired.

Quick answer if you use iTunes' default preferences settings: Copy the entire iTunes folder (and in doing so all its subfolders and files) intact to the other drive. Open iTunes and immediately hold down the Option (alt) key (shift on Windows), then guide it to the new location of the library.

When I scroll over content there seems to be "pop-ups" that come about. Why is this happening with FireFox and not I. E. ? How do I fix the problem?

Most likely caused by one of your extensions. If the above doesn't get rid of it, check here next:

Bear in mind that's it's probably not clearly labeled "annoying advertising" but may have an unrelated or innocent-sounding name. Disable everything that you do not use daily; if in doubt disable. Then use one of the links that appears above a disabled extension to restart Firefox and see whether that helps.
