My (retired) mum downloaded ios7 onto her ipad 2 yesterday but is now complaining that when she launchez Safari and uses google, the toolbar at the top of the screen is black with white text. She remembers something popping up during upgrade in the left of her screen about Privacy (?) which she clicked. Is there any way to return the tool/menu bar to its standard white with black text? Tap the blue + sign in the upper right part of the toolbar. That will open a new tab with Favorites on the screen, if she has favorites in Safari. In the lower left corner she will see the word Private. Tap that to return to normal viewing mode again.

Get a micro-SIM from the carrier in Mexico that you don't have to manually cut down. If that carrier doesn't provide one, switch to another carrier that is not so low-budget. -
I changed my Apple ID but on my iPhone 4S w/ iOS 7.0.4, when I go into settings > iCloud it still shows the old Apple ID. How do I change this? I was going to delete the iCloud account from my phone then add it back with the new Apple ID, but I'm not sure...help!

You should definetely contact an apple store! If your warranty is valid they will probably fix it for free. Until then go to settings, general, accessibility, assisive touch and turn it on. A circle will appear that does exactly what your home button does.

Album List view in iTunes is black with white text
iTunes just started doing this yesterday. All other views appear normal. I uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes and the problem persists. Anyone have the same problem?

I have upgraded from a 3gs and first backed up by 3gs through iCloud. I then logged on to iCloud on my new device and it synced my contacts. I entered my email addresses and then tried to download some of my App purchases. The screen then went white and I cannot now shut down the phone although I am hearing new emails coming through. I think I should have downloaded iTunes first but didn't which means iTunes does not recognise the phone and I cannot therefore restored to factory settings to start again. Help please.
Has the phone been unlocked officially? Has the phone been jailbroken in the past? If yes, these could be reasons for the behavior of the phone.

I recently bought a second-hand ipod classic. When connecting to itunes the message reads that the ipod is corrupt and needs to be restored to factory settings. However, this does not solve the issue and I get the message saying unable to restore, unknown error 1439. No matter what i have tried through apple support i get the same result. My computer runs Windows XP but I have also tried on my laptop which operates Vista and still no joy. Anyone able to solve this one?

Winsocks conflict with iTunes - Disconnect Internet and Stop firewall and Antivirus, emails apps.
