I am pretty sure it will always use the credit card unless payment method is set to none.
That has been my experience anyway.
They already have the money from the gift card so would rather collect from your credit card.

So.. You need to contact the carrier for the iPhone's original sim card, and request they unlock it. The carrier is the only one that can unlock the sim of the iPhone.

Only the carrier it is locked to can authorize unlocking it. Sounds like the phone was hacked to unlock it originally. Find out what carrier it is locked to, and look up their contact information using google or the search engine of your choice.

Yes. Update to iTunes 10.3.1
Then go to the iTunes Store and click Purchased "new" under Music Quick Links on the right side of the iTunes window.
You can re download your purchased content from the next window.

Sure - read teh Digital Frame manual for the specs on how the photos need to to be formatted and then expor tthem to a desktop folder using those paramters and mount the card to the desktop with a card reader and drag the folder to the card

Thanks. I have my iPad on my lap and her iPod in my hand. We can FaceTime each other but it won't let either of us message each other. I know mine is activated as I use it frequently. I have activated hers as well. Maybe I will put it in the too hard basket for tonight, sleep on it and try again tomorrow.

I am not able to use my account because it says that something went wrong with my billing info., but i do not have a credit card but it says i do. I put $15 itunes card on it today and now apple is not letting me use it.

This is the second time I have had a problem with my account. I am extremely frustrated with it. A while ago I was not able to purchase anything including free apps. At that time I had an outstanding balance. Which had been from using a visa card on my account. I was then told to purchase iTunes cards which would be able to pay it. It then automatically took of the money for the balance that it needed. So I thought okay problem solved. Then for about a month or two I was able to buy music and apps. I have a xD-PictureCard that I want to load pictures onto, from my iPhotos. The reader is a FinePix can I get it to work on the Mac. when I try it wont install the software. Is there any way i can load pics onto the SD card.

I have a xD-PictureCard (SD Card) that works in a picture frame. I have used it in the past on a Windows computer, now having an apple I want to change the pics and cannot. When I reload the discs for Mac they won't install. Is there anything I can do to put the pics on the SD card, I don't want to throw away the picture frame it cost a lot of money.

This should be perfectly possible and without loading any software at all.
Get a Card Reader for the XD card, and plug it into the Mac. It will then appear on the desktop. Drg the files to the Card. Make sure you keep the folder structure used on the Card - don't change that.

You would have to purchase a 3rd party program ( not supported by Apple).
The ipod is not a storage/backup device.
Copy everything from the old computer or your backup copy of your old computer.

In this case if you download it from his account, you will need to deleted and download it again by your account
also delete your backup from iTunes after you delete all the apps/games that you download it from your friend account
so in the next time you try to restore your backup, you will not face the same problem
