when i plug my ipod in i get this error messege saying the ipod "CRAZYBAPPLE" cannot be updated. The required file is locked.
my ipod and my itunes are updated but it still doesnt work. i even uninstalled my itunes and installed it again

Is it possible to install and use Firefox in a local disk drive D: ?

A desktop computer with Windows XP, Professional Version and Service Pack 3. The browser is Explorer 8 and the search engine is Google. There is very little free space left in local disk drive C: and the browser Google combination is painfully slow.
The computer also has a local disk drive D: which has only recently been formatted as NTFS with about 18 GB of free memory.
Can I use this drive D: to install and operate Firefox ? Drive C: is probably the default drive in the installation process and the question is can it be altered to drive D:, if so how is it done. How much memory does Firefox use after it is installed.
Any direction and advice would be appreciated to use as much of drive D: as possible with a Firefox Google combination.

If you would install Firefox on the D:/ drive the vast majority of its files would end up in /Documents and Settings/ on the C:/ drive where the operating system resides.

My Hard disk drive (C) is full and can't save to my local disk drive (D)...HELP!!!

You need to setup different Receive At addresses for iMessage.
If you don't want the same pics on each, turn off PhotoStream.

If you're using Fluid Grid Layouts, none of these methods will work. I think the very best you can do is determine the min-height required for desktops & tablets. Mobile devices don't need min-height because those divisions will stack on top of each other.

RD Session Host - All drive letters are hidden from local admin

Hi,
I have Windows Server 2012 R2 environment with one RDS Gateway and tens of session host servers. I can logon to any of those SH servers with AD accounts and everything else is working fine but users cannot see SH servers local drives when they logon
(drive letters C and D). There are no GPO's to prevent or hide these drive letters and user can access to those drives if they use file explorer's address bar (with typing "c:" or "d:"). So issue is with hidden drive letters in
"This PC" not permissions or GPO. This PC shows only message "folder empty" for any domain user.
Is this default behaviour of Server 2012 R2? How can i get those drive letters visible to all domain users?
Users in Domain Admin group are only users how can see those drives and not even Domain Users how are members of SH servers local admin group cannot see those drive letters.
Can someone help?

Based on your description, I agree with suggestion above. Suggest you should confirm the related group policy
settings again.
In GPME, please refer to the following path:
User Configuration-> Policies-> Administrative Templates-> Windows Components-> File Explorer->
Hide these specified drives in My Computer. And check if you config this setting.
If issue still persists, please create a new domain user account (don’t add to domain admin group), then check
if encounters the same issue when you logon with this new user account.

I used to be able to modify the browser.js file and use regular expressions with onLocationChange to restrict access to about:, file:, and resource: I am unable to locate where to make the changes to have this same behavior in Firefox 4.
I need to configure the browser to deny access to local disks under Linux (e.g. file://usr/local/data) I also need to prevent my users from using about: and file: in order to meet corporate security requirements.
I have exploded the omni.jar file, and looked for some time. Any help with this issue would be appreciated.

I think the problem you're currently seeing starts (and probably ends) here. Regardless of what your data comprises of the general rule of thumb is to make sure you keep at least 10% of free disk space for any hard drive let alone a RAID. Most people would generally recommend 15% for a RAID 5. A rough calculation based on your 3TB RAID would mean you should keep at least 300GB free. You're well below that unless 200MB is a typo? I'm surprised the whole thing has not ground to a halt?
Video Capture, Editing and Playback in a network home environment is always going to place a considerable strain on any network unless you've prepared the ground first. For example 60 seconds of RAW Video is roughly 200MB in size. Multiply this for a classroom of 16 and that's a lot of data. Even if you're not using hi-def you're still talking a lot of data.
There are better ways of doing this.

Craigsphone app pictures are blue boxes with question marks?

When I use the Craigsphone app for my iPhone, the images are now blue boxes with question marks. The pictures used to show up fine, but now don't. Is there a setting somewhere I need to change and if so, where is it? I've been through my phone and can't figure it out. I've also restarted and restored my phone and that hasn't worked.

We are having a requirement to find the change data in the production environment.
We are planning to use the DBMS_CDC utility.
But for example in the create change table 1 picked emp_id,ename, address, salary,dob.
I have a sample data of
empid
ename
address
salary
DOB

test1

25 test street

15-Aug-97
if ename for empid 1 is changed to test1_test3 from test1.
My CDC is capturing the values in the old and new values in the 5 columns.
But i need to get only the empid (primary key of the source table) and the ename column as only that's been updated not the rest of the 3 columns.
Can i accomplish this.

If your Mac came with iPhoto preinstalled, before the AppStore was introduces, iPhoto should be on the system install DVDs that came with with your Mac. Look for the DVD with the bundled additional applications.
If you deleted your iPhoto library, restore it from your backup - you need to restore "iPhoto Library", which is located in your Pictures folder by default.
How long ago did this happen? If it was only recently, data recovery software could be used to restore jpeg images, but this kind of software is not available for free,

Moving Local Disk Drive from Host to VM/ Possible?

Is it possible to Unmount one of the local drives (I have four) host is WS2012 and mount on my VM carrying across the content?
I have it shared through internal switch which is accessible through a share but this is not working for streaming content purposes through the subsonic app.
I need to move the local drive over to reflect in my VM.

you can just use it as a so called passthrough disk as Shabarinath described it or if you need the content more mobile as a vhdx you can easy copy the content via hyper-v Manager or using some Tools like Disk2vhd.

Sparse Disk Image will not open along with encrypted document

I have two problems. I created a sparse disk image of my documents folder and encrypted it but recently when I select it and double click it to open it up nothing happens. I put in my password and in the finder window it shows the image but no documents folder will open up.
I ran disk utility and disk warrior and all is okay on my hard drive. I did burn a CD of the files in this folder so I do have a backup but wondered why it will not open up now, any suggestions?
The second problem is in this same folder, I created a word document years ago when I had my old G3 iMac and used at times MS Word 2000. At the time, I locked this Word document, and now it is encrypted and it won't open up. I can't remember the password used back in 2000 and so this document is encrypted and I don't know how to decrypt it, any suggestions.
I do know there are software programs to delete passwords in MS Word and that they will decrypt my document, but the ones I try to download won't work. Any suggestions.

A follow up to my MS word document. I found that I created the file in MS word 2000, and I used the Apple File Security for OS 9 to encrypt it. I can't remember the password, and I do not find anything in the key chain listing.
I have Pages 08, but I don't think I can use it if I can't remember the password to unlock this old document. Is there a program to decrypt this without a password?
