My localised app says it runs in English on iTunes

Recently I released my first app. Initially things are going well, however I have one confusion:
My app is localised and runs in 9 different languages, however when I check it out on the localised iTunes (say, the jp store for example) under the version and file size info it says the app runs in English!
As you might agree, this needs to say "japanese" if the user is buying the app in the Japanese store, because actually the app isn't running in English, it's running in one of 9 languages automatically.
Has anyone had any experience with this? Is it an issue with iTunes Connect or Xcode?

my laptop will not open iTunes, as it just says 'This version of iTunes has not been correctly localised for this language. Please run the English version'. I have not synconised my iPhone 5S or iPad 2 with iTunes for well over a year. I noticed the music which had previously been put into iTunes has dissappeared from my phone and iPad. I also want to remove some movies from my iPad and iPhone and there is no way I can do this without being able to manually sync with the Laptop which is running windows 7. I will need any advise explained step by step please.

Try downloading and reinstalling the latest version of iTunes from the first link below. If that doesn't do it, the suggestions in the second article should resolve the installation issue.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, then I would try and remove iTunes (and its related software) then reinstall:

In need of help figuring this phone stuff out! I am trying to get all the apps from my husbands old phone to his new one. I have already backed up the old phone and got everything onto iTunes, but every time I plug the new iPhone 5s into my computer it says that the version of iTunes is not correctly localized for this language and asks for me to run the English version. I have no idea how to do that? Please help.

I am trying to set up home sharing between my iphone 4s and mac which is running itunes 11. Both are connected to my home wifi network and using the same apple id but on the iphone app it says 'Turn on Home sharing in iTunes on your computer or apple tv using account ***

Check out the troubleshooting steps in the first article. If it is not resolved, then try and remove iTunes and its related software in the right order and then reinstall.

what do i do because whenever i click on itunes it says 'this version of itunes has not correctly been localized for this language. please run the english version. its in english already? its only been doing this since today because i had to restore my laptop to a restore point, but itunes was working fine on that day?
