Rebooting your iDevice
Hold down the Sleep (On-Off) and Home buttons together for about 10-15 seconds or until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears - then let go of the buttons. The device should begin to start up.
If this doesn't work then make a Genius Appointment and take it in for service. -

My centre button has stopped working and my top lock button has stopped working too. I've had this iPhone 2 years now, can I take it into apple and swap for another phone or am I not covered? Thanks
The standard Apple warranty is 1 year. I believe you can purchase AppleCare+, which extends the warranty to two years from the date of purchase. This extended warranty needs to be purchased within 30 days of the purchase date for the phone.
If you have the extended warranty, you may be able to get a replacement phone at no cost. You will need to make an appointment at an Apple Store Genuis Bar and have them take a look at the phone.
If you did not purchase the additional warranty coverage, you should be able to purchase an Out-of-Warranty replacement, which is $199 for the iPhone 4S.

My iPhone 5 lock button has stopped working
My iPhone 5 lock button has stopped working, it says on the website that certain models can be sent in to be replaced and that my serial number is one of these, but I am out of warranty and will not allow me to contact Apple without payng £25, is anyone else had the same issue as I don't want to pay out money to get something fixed that Apple have recognised to be faulty, and I don't live anywhere near an Apple Store
Hi
The £25 charge is a support charge for iPhones out of free support, you should not be charged for requesting support for a recall issue however if you can stretch to get to an Apple Store it is worth it resolving any issues face to face rather than email or phone is just easier.
Check you are eligable here:

Hope this helps -

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities
Only if the iPhone is in warranty. If not, you will probably have to pay for a refurbished iPhone (Apple doesn't repair iPhones and return them to you). See "Warranty & Service Pricing" > http://support.apple.com/kb/index?page=servicefaq&geo=United_States&product=ipho ne -

My lock button has stopped working will Apple replace my phone with a new one?
I have an iPhone 5 which I got in January of 2013 it is now October 2013 and my lock button has stopped and the camera seems to be depixelating I think, would Apple replace the phone with a new iPhone, I haven't dropped it, it has no major dents or drop wounds. Also as a secondary question, if they do replace the phone do I get the charger cable ect? or are no accessories included ?
No accessories, just a perfect Replacement iPhone 5 exactly like yours, same color, same GB, everything the same.

I keep getting the message itunes has stopped working. A problem has caused itunes to stop working correctly. What can be the cause?
Hello Main Event,
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities!
I found this article while researching iTunes quitting unexpectedly on Windows 7 and feel it will help to resolve the issue here.
iTunes for Windows Vista or Windows 7: Troubleshooting unexpected quits, freezes, or launch issues
http://support.apple.com/kb/ts1717
It starts with troubleshooting 3rd party plug ins, then moves on to account troubleshooting if needed.
Open iTunes in Safe Mode to isolate any inference with plug-ins or scripts not manufactured by Apple.
Hold down the Shift and Control keys while opening iTunes. If performed correctly, you should see a dialog that says "iTunes is running in safe mode" before iTunes finishes starting up.
After clicking Continue, determine whether the issue you were experiencing persists in Safe Mode.
If you see the same issue while iTunes is in Safe Mode, proceed to the Create a New User Account section below. If you do not experience the same issue, consult iTunes: Troubleshooting issues with third-party iTunes plug-insfor steps on how to remove third-party plug-ins.
Take care,
Sterling
