My Phone was lost and i deleted it with Find my Iphone. Now somebody found it, how can i start new? I have a new simcard, but i need to get lost of the lost message.

Sign into iCloud.com, tap Find My Phone, then All devices, select the device that's in Lost Mode, tap Lost Mode, change the information or tap Stop Lost Mode.
Then, restore your phone.

Import the music on the external HD into iTunes. If you don't want iTunes to make a new copy of each track that is stored in your iTunes Media folder on your PC's internal HD, make sure the Copy files to iTunes Media folder when adding to library option is NOT ticked from under the Advanced tab of iTunes Preferences. Just remember that if you go this route, you'll always need to have your external HD plugged in before you start up iTunes.

If you are saying you can't turn off find my phone because it is still using an old ID, you need to change your ID back to the old address at My Apple ID turn off find my phone then change your ID back at my Apple ID.

You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
You can restore from a backup if you have one from BEFORE you set the restrictions passcode.

Rented movie is in a cycle when downloading and cannot get to download fully. Need to download fully or cut my losses and delete the rental. How can I do this?

I bought an APPLE TV. Netflix and all works fine, until few days ago when I try renting out a movie in Apple store and the rent out proccess whent well, though "probably" due to my network speed (2Mb), the movie cannot be downloaded, it freezes at certain point and start back again. I have spent $5.00 renting out this movie; and although I will like to solve this problem, I am currently thinking on cutting my losses. How can I do to eliminate this from downloading in my Apple TV?
It just seems impossible as I have restarted, reseted my apple TV and still this is downloading, therefore slowing down my network.

Huh.. Interesting. I went back to check these proceedures and found there is a difference between using the return key or the space bar as the action command.
tabbing the blue ring moves the selection and then spacebar takes that action. The return key takes action of only the blue collored button.

Take it back where you got and and get your money back.
As has been pointed out, if there was a "previous owner", the phone is not "new". Thephone you purchased is most likely stolen. If whoever you bought it from won't give you your money back, turn it over to the police.

IF you have successfully imported your pictures to your Mac http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083 then it's safe to delete it from your phone.
If you want the pics back on your phone, just sync them back using itunes http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4236

Your notes should be stored in your backup, so if you have backed up the iPad and that backup does contain those notes that you deleted, you can try restoring from your backup. If you haven't backed up the iPad since you created those notes, they are gone.
If you backup with iCloud only, restoring from backup involves erasing the device and then going through the setup all over again and finally restoring from the iCloud backup. This article explains the process quite clearly.

If you backup with iTunes, connect the iPad to your computer, launch iTunes and right click on the device name on the left and select - Restore from Backup. But before you do that .... turn off auto sync in iTunes - without connecting the iPad - launch iTunes and go to Edit>Preferences>Devices and check the box at the bottom of that window in order to turn off auto sync.

Are they still listed on your device when you go to Settings>iCloud>Storage>Numbers? If so, they should still be in iCloud but you may need to contact support to find out why the Numbers app isn't able to access them: http://www.apple.com/support/icloud/contact/.
