i bought lumia 620 ,its amazing according to my needs , for last one month its working fine but now suddenly its touchpad stoped working , not droped nor any damage . not sure what happend to it , anyone help to sortout this issue

anyone help me please , i posted this question in some other site ( here http://www.forum.shaarpmind.com/showthread.php/385422-Lumia-620-touch-pad-Problem ) and they assited me to hardrest my lumia 620 now guyes please you let me know , is this a valid way ? if i do this hardrest will my cell phone warrenty be void or not ? thanks in advance for your help .

So i run this storage check yesterday. It keeps just loading loading. I uninstalled all apps. Then also it is not working. This is big issue for me. Please help.

Storage check was actually just updated. The official version ow is the same as the beta 3 version minus the maps move option (as explained here)

Lumia 620 lock button not working

Hi there, new to posting,
had my 620 about 6 months now (2nd hand) and recently the middle button on the side to lock has got less and less responsive. Even if i take the back cover off and expose the buttons themselves i still have to hold down the screen down quite hard and press to lock, the other buttons on the side still respond perfectly. Is this a problem that can be repaired in a shop or Nokia centre?

Well, first of all after i bought this mobile the camera button stopped working(not fixed till now) and now the freaking volume button ain't working without a **bleep**ing reason.. And don't say the cover is damaged its not also don't say stupid things like restart the phone because OBVIOUSLY THAT'S WON'T WORKING OR WON'T HELP.. I was going to take it to Nokia care but duh? Should the button stop working suddenly? Without anything wrong also the same with the camera button also I'm not the first one to have this problem right? Then its not our problem but its Nokia's I thought there's another solution, but yeah I'm making angry posts can you just make good products? Lumia 620 calenler will not sync with windows 8 on...

When I make an entry on my phone calender, Lumia 620, it does not sync with my pc running windows 8.
It does sync the other way round, when I make a diary entry in my calender on the pc the entry does show up on my phone.
On my phone settings (email +account) my Microsoft account and my google account are both added.
My contacts sync both ways OK.

Try this:
Enter an appointment or something
goto Settings >email+account
tap and hold Microsoft account > sync
open http://calendar.live.com
your appointment should be there

Number 2 key on numeric keypad does not work. All other keys work properly.

I am facing this issue today. The '7' key of alphanumeric keypad is not working properly. On my Nokia 5800 Xpress Music. I am anuable to write character q and r. When ever I press it, it either prints p or 7. But it does not print q and r.
I soft reset my phone. But the problem resumes. Its annoying. As I cant type.
People, please suggest some solution for it.

Yes, It is very annoying. In writing sms when I presse key 8 for t,u or v. 7 automatically pressed and it got the glow effect too. As if I pressed it too. Its really annoying. I like my phone but its driving me crazy. its out of warrenty. I have upgraded its firmware to v51 too. If it improve. But it doesnt.
And I think I should remove the protector screen. As I am having it since I bought this phone. I really should see if I can fix its issue from Nokia or sale it.

Lumia 620 (Amber) does not find a Bluetooth 4.0 he...

I purchased a BT4 heart rate monitor (Polar H6) after my Lumia 620 got the Amber update as the update promised to bring BT4 support to my phone. On the Nokia specifications page for my phone also states that Lumia 620 supports "Bluetooth 4.0 + LE". However, my phone does not find the heart rate monitor and I cannot pair the devices. It does find older bluetooth devices and the heart rate monitor worked fine on my friends iPhone.
Is there really support for BT4 LE in Lumia 620? Has anyone gotten Lumias to work with BT4 devices?

Today I updated my Lumia 720 with amber update . I got all the new feature like Glance , color profile etc. but now theme color are is not working. On change of theme color, tiles color is not changing. Tiles are always in black color.
I am also not able to set lockscreen image it is always coming blank black screen.
Please suggest.

Lumia 920 Camera App not working with 8.1

Hi there, Just had the Cyan update.   Camera app just shows black screen, both for video and camera.
Did soft reboot, hard reset, etc.    Took to repair shop and they installed new camera.   Not working
They did a reinstall back to factory and still no joy.

Thanks. Only had microsoft camera, so downloaded the Nokia Camera. Could not find a "nokia pro cam"
Also where in settings is the "more tile" option?
Nokia camera now is just the black screen, no options.

Help. My Keypad is not working.

My key pad is not working. To get into my phone i need to use a password but my keypad is broke. When I type in a letter sometimes it mixes up the letters or puts the letter in twice so I cant get on my phone. Ive done the standard turn the phone off, take the battery out, but nothing What can I do?
