My Mac crashed, can not de-activate the CS5.5, thus can not activate the CS5.5 on another computer. What to do now?

I think I need support from the Adobe team but somehow only can get support from the forum. Anyone knows how to reach the support team? Or are there other solutions to this problem? Thanks!

You are allowed to have two activated installations. If you only have the application(s) activated on one machine then you still have one activation remaining that you can use, so there is no need to wait to install it.
Adobe Support can take care of deactivations for inaccessible machines. Here is a link to get to chat with them for this topic....

Yeah, I literally have tried everything except deleting my iCloud account (I'm close, but that would require so many changes that it is way too painful to consider at this point).
I am still waiting to hear back from Apple Support. Hopefully something can be done, or they can do a reset on their end.

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer

The missing apps could have been done by setting the Restrictions that can hid those apps. If the backup was made with those retrictions set the the Restrictions are also restored.

Just make sure it is for you or your family.
If you purchased Pages through the Mac App Store, then just login on the other computer using the same Apple I.D. and you can install it at no extra charge.

Here's an easy way:
Pick the user that you want to eliminate (making sure that the remaining user has administrator privileges) and move all of the data that you want to keep into the Shared folder. Reboot or log out and login to the user you want to keep. Copy all the data from the Shared folder into your account - placing it neatly in folders (Documents, Music, Movies, etc.).
Once the data is moved, log into the account you want to delete just once more to make certain that you've grabbed all the data you want to keep. Log out and log back into your admin account and go to System Preferences>Users & Groups and delete the 'old' user.
That should do it.
