My mac keep saying Not Charging while its plugged to the charger?
Any idea...or anyone had this issue before? Pls let me know because i just bought this MAC few month ago
Bring both the Mac and the charger to an Apple Store or an AASP, it is under warranty for 1 year. You also have 90 days of free phone support through AppleCare. You can find the number of AppleCare for your country here:http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57. Good luck

What percentage charge is shown in the upper right cornert?
If it is less than 100 percent, and the iPad is connected to its wall charger, something is broken. It could be the iPad, the cable or the wall charger.
The only thing I can think of to try, is to reset the iPad. Hold both the Home and Sleep buttons for several seconds until the Apple logo appears. Ignore the "Slide to power off" arrow. The iPad will restart in a couple minutes. Resetting will not hurt anything, and sometimes clears mysterious problems.
Charging from your computer's USB port may not be reliable, especially when the iPad is awake.

Why does my iPad 3rd gen keep saying "not charging"?
My iPad (3rd gen) is frequently saying "not charging" when I plug it into my computer or ac adapter. I'm using Apple cords and adapters, too!
There has to be a power going through to charge it surley , it is ither of or on not low power? . Also daughter judy said '' i have tried ac adapter''. Maybe if you have another device e.g xbox with a usb port in try to connect through there

Most computer usb ports do not provide enough power to properly charge the ipad. If the computer goes to sleep while the ipad is plugged in, it can actually drain the battery. Use a wall charger. -
My iPad mini has a charger that has gold material and it looks like it is corroded and I can't get it to charge because it says "not charging" and I got it for christmas so I don't know what to do.
Doesn't really matter. Take the device and cord into your Apple Store. It is under warranty, and if it is the cord they will replace it.
If you think the port may have some debris in it, then take a soft, clean toothbrush, and gently brush it to clean it out, then try to charge again. If that doesn't work, then be sure to back everything up before going to the Apple Store in case they determine that the device itself needs to be replaced.

Brand new IPad - will not take a charge? Am at 3%! Any ideas?
The quickest way (and really the only way) to charge your iPad is with the included 10W USB Power Adapter. iPad will also charge, although more slowly, when attached to a computer with a high-power USB port (many recent Mac computers) or with an iPhone Power Adapter (5W). When attached to a computer via a standard USB port (most PCs or older Mac computers) iPad will charge very slowly (but iPad indicates not charging). Make sure your computer is on while charging iPad via USB. If iPad is connected to a computer that’s turned off or is in sleep or standby mode, the iPad battery will continue to drain.
Apple recommends that once a month you let the iPad fully discharge & then recharge to 100%.
How to Calibrate Your Mac, iPhone, or iPad Battery

At this link http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/galaxy-tab-android-tablet,3014-11.html , tests show that the iPad 2 battery (25 watt-hours) will charge to 90% in 3 hours 1 minute. It will charge to 100% in 4 hours 2 minutes. The new iPad has a larger capacity battery (42 watt-hours), so using the 10W charger will obviously take longer. If you are using your iPad while charging, it will take even longer. It's best to turn your new iPad OFF and charge over night. I purchased the Adobe PDF Pack for $7.50/month (or $89.99/yr) but it won't allow me to convert any files to pdf or combine multiple files into 1 pdf form. It keeps saying "An error occurred while trying to access the service". WHY is this happening & How can I fix it?
Hi hpmg,
It seems you are trying to access the service via Adobe Reader. Make sure you are signed in with your Adobe ID. Is Reader updated to the latest patch v 11.0.09?
It might be possible that a firewall or antivirus might be breaking the connectivity from Reader to the server.
Try accessing the service from the browser: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf and check if that works for you.

My IPad 2 won't stop saying not charging when plugged in any outlet
My IPad 2 keeps saying not charging when plugged in any outlet
On the off chance try a Reset [Hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons down together for 10 seconds or so (until the Apple logo appears) and then release. The screen will go blank and then power ON again in the normal way.] It is app and data safe!

new ipad won't charge but i can download everytthing but the top says not charging and its at 20%
That is perfectly normal with the new iPad. Your USB port does not supply enough power to charge the iPad. This is copied from Apple's web site about the iPad battery.
Charging Tips
The quickest way to charge your iPad is with the included 10W USB Power Adapter. iPad will also charge, although more slowly, when attached to a computer with a high-power USB port (many recent Mac computers) or with an iPhone Power Adapter. When attached to a computer via a standard USB port (most PCs or older Mac computers) iPad will charge, but only when it's in sleep mode. Make sure your computer is on while charging iPad via USB. If iPad is connected to a computer that’s turned off or is in sleep or standby mode, the iPad battery will continue to drain.
You can read the rest of it here.

My iPad says "not charging" when connected to my Mac, but it does seemo sync. What am I missing?
A lot of computers (especially older ones) generally do not provide enough power to their USB ports to charge the iPad at a sufficient rate - it may still be charging slowly, and should be a bit quicker if the iPad's screen is off (if you leave it for a while and then disconnect it from your computer you may find that it's battery percentage has gone up). The wall charger is usually the most efficient way to charge the iPad.

It says not charging when it is plugged into my mac desktop
My Ipad 2 says not charging when it is plugged into my computer and it does not show up on the side bar in the itunes app.
It is possible that the USB port is not working properly as well. This support article might be of help.

Sometimes all it takes is a restart - quit iTunes, restart your Mac and restart your iPad and see if that helps at all.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button. -

Hey guys,
I am having problems with charging my mac Air. Sometimes it charges perfectly but then at times much as it shows that it's getting the power from the charger, it says "not charging" and the led light on the charger does not light up. Any help?
Rgds,
Kido-VjThat can happen when you are Taxing the system. No Apple supplied AC adapter supplies enough power to both power the system and charge the battery at the same time when the system is under Heavy Load, when you are Taxing the system heavily. At those times it will draw power from both the AC adapter and the battery at the same time. So if it is drawing power from both it can't charge the battery while it is drawing power from it.
