My Mac Mail says that I have a plug in missing. How do I know which plug in is missing and where do I get it?

Does this happen ONLY with Mail? Could you close all other applications and open Mail and check again? If this is still happening, please post a screenshot here.

How much available space do you see when you right click on your hard disk (usually Macintosh HD) and use Get Info?
How does that compare to the free space at  > About This Mac > More Info… > Storage?
If there is a large difference it could be Time Machine snapshots that can use up to 80% of your disk. This is not a problem, it is a feature. To gain the disk space back, plug in your Time Machine disk and run a backup.

It says I have over 150 gigs of video on my hard drive. But I have gone through and deleted almost all of what shows up, still it says there is roughly the same amount on the hard drive. Where are these files? I want to delete them so I can have my hard drive clear.

First -- do the target disk backup. Somehow get a backup.
You might try booting to Single user mode: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1492 and removing the files in the command line. When you put files in the trash, the space is still used up until the trash is emptied.
using rm command removes it totally. Just be very careful because you remove the wrong file, and you have to relad the system

When contacts have a number in common, how do I know which is calling?

Many of my contacts work, or live at the same place, as other contacts. How do I know which one is calling? My iPhone 4S (iOS 6.1) caller ID will display "John Smith and 4 others". I thought, if I put a contact called "Smith Residence", it would display that instead of John Smith and 4 others. That didn't work.
Then I tried linking the contacts to the "Smith Residence" listing, but that didn't work.
Then I thought I'll delete the people and reenter them, leaving only "Smith Residence" . That didn't work.
It doesn't seem to be the order that the contacts were entered, which decides the contact to display. It doesn't seem to be the one that others are linked to that displays. So, what is it that decides which contact displays when I get a call from a particular phone number, if that # is common to many contacts?
How can I choose which of my contacts will display?

OK I think I get it. My contacts are sorted by first name and because (alphabetically) "John Smith" is before "Smith Residence", it will always show "John Smith". Now I have something to work with; I just need to know what alpha rules iOS uses. Anyone???

0n the printer, near the power jack, should have a power details, something like "32v 1.5A", match that with the same on the adaptor. Also, they are color coded and some has a key, so the wrong one probably wouldn't fit anyway.

Question: I want to update to the new LION OSX, but it says that I need to at least have an Intel Core 2 Duo. When I click "about this Mac," it says that I have a 2.16 Intel Core Duo. Is there a difference between the "Core 2 Duo" and the "Core Duo"?

Well, my title basically asks the question that I am seeking an answer for. Im not sure what year my MB Pro is, and I cant exactly find it on the Apple site. Its a 2.16 Intel Core Duo, 2 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM. All I see (dating back to 2007,) is Intel Core 2 Duo on the apple site. Im pretty sure (but not 100% positive,) that my MB Pro is a late 2008/early 2009. Just trying to figure out if I can install LION OSX or not, since it requires atleast intel core 2 duo, and mine says I only have the intel core duo. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

My laptop's been stolen; I have serial number of my Photoshop Elements but can't remember which version; I now have Wondows 8.1. How do I know which version to redownload and install?

Sorry...title says it all. I had a Photoshop Elements 3.0 on disk and have subsequently downloaded updates and was running an updated version on my stolen laptop with Windows 7.
MyAccount shows my Photoshop serial number but not the version number which I have forgotten. I assume I can now redownload the version I had - updated to work on Windows 8.1 but don't know which version to download.

Contact Customer Support by chat or by phone and they should be able to look into your purchase history. You might even find it yourself if you poke around different links in your account.

the problem started when I tried to download a Gumtree app using Google. As my grandaughter had her name and P/w on the sign in window I used choose another user. Inthe end I changed my Google P/W the App didn,t download and I lost my sign in for gmail.

I erased my hdd and i am trying to reinstall lion, it says that my apple id has not bought it yet. I bought today, and while it says here that my order was complete, i have not recieved an email. the mac still says that i have not bought lion.
