My mac says theres an error when reinstalling os x lion
I wanted to clean up my laptop so I wiped it and rebooted it without using a disk method, and then I tried to download the software again but my laptop says theres a error with preparing the installation.
Lion is no longer available from the App Store.
But since you already purchased Lion, use the email form to contact Apple here > Apple - Support - Mac App Store - Contact Support

Given that your answer to 1. is 'pre-installed' and 3. is 'No', I think the only thing to do is to take it to an Apple store (ideally the one you bought it from) and have them reinstall it for you.
The intended solution in cases like yours is that you should be able to reboot and install even a wiped disk by using Apple's servers over the internet (you do this by restarting with 'command-r' and choosing 'reinstall Lion'). However if this isn't working for you then you need to get the store to do it. Don't let them fob you off with 'go home and try again'. Have them do it in the shop (you're still covered by Applecare warranty so it should cost you nothing save the inconvenience of the trip and possibly leaving the machine there while they fix it).
A reinstall should leave all your own personal data and programs in place.
Note for future: when you get it fixed, first thing to do is buy a cheap external drive and start keeping a backup (either Time Machine or clone with Carbon Copy Cloner).

Before you restore the iPod from the backup that Dave had you make yu have to transfer stuff from the iPod to the computer since the backup does not contain the apps themselfes, music, synced phots and some other stuff. To see what a backup contains see:

I am a windows user that has converted to Mac and loving it but when I updated to Lion my wireless internet dongle would not work anymore and the Macbook Pro does not recognise the device at all so I am unable to reinstall it again. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

When testing with an app, I tried to add an
app event receiver before learning that remote event receiver are not allowed with
Sharepoint-hosted app. So I reseted the Handle app installed and
Web Project properties of my project and tried to redeploy and this error occurred :

Something other than the project's properties have been modified but I don't know what.I think the best way to figure real reason out is to look at ULS logs.

I bought itunes match and none of my imported tunes got uploaded. It says there was error thats all. Any way to trouble shoot? or what maybe the problem
Best route is to use the Kind, iCloud Download and iCloud Status fields in your library to see exactly what is going on. Often it is worthwhile to turn iTunes Match off, convert suspect Songs to AAC using the iTunes capability, remove non-AAC version (post backup), turn iTunes Match on and allow the 3-Step process to run to completion.
There are restrictions on the type and nature of Song files that iTunes Match is able to work with - it may be that several of your Song files do not fall within the supported range but it is certainly worth trying the steps outlined above. -

Did you try to use iTunes and the computer to download and install the update?
I did get this error trying to update using Wi-Fi only. After I connected to my computer and let iTunes download the firmware, the update went without problems. -

90% of errors are something along the lines of
"This (Device) cannot be restored because an unknown error occured (error code here)"
If you get that number search http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3694 for the error number
