It's been only one year since I bought this laptop but it's been making crazy noise and crazy heat since few months ago.
Didn't really notice about the fan noise until I went to a really quiet university library yesterday.
everyone's macbook is real quiet but mine's making some seriously disturbing noise.
What's the problem of my MBA 2011 11"?
It also laggs a lot. Is it time to replace my MBA?

First action to take in this situation is to fully backup your data, possibly a clone.
Take the computer to an Apple store to have it checked out.

I've had my Macbook pro for about 3 1/2 years now. It has worked great until recently. A few months ago I noticed that the fan would always run really fast when I was doing simple tasks. After a few weeks/months, the fan was still really fast but it also started to make these loud noises. Now, it only occasionally makes the loud noise if I move my computer after its been stationary for a while. The fan no longer works at all and my computer gets exceptionally hot almost instantly when I turn it on. Is there a way to fix this problem without having to pay a ton of money to have someone fix it for me?

My macbook air won't turn on and keeps making startup noise.

My macbook air mouse wasn't responding and I had several windows of google chrome open, the imsg app open, and everything else was closed. I left it on, closed the screen, and returned to it. I was able to login, but the mouse wasn't responding. I forced shut it down, waited a bit, then tried to start it again only to find the screen remained white and kept repeating the startup sound.

Theoretically, yes.
Heat, and heat cycling certainly do take a toll on even solid state components. I have several "very old" Macintosh computers, and the logic boards exhibit the effects.
The fan too, running at higher speeds, does eventually cause wear. More than anything, the higher airflow leads to a higher propensity for dust accumulation on the fan, and the heat exchangers.
In practical terms though, maybe not so much. If you plan on having your computer exhibit a reasonable useful life before you retire it or upgrade, you may never experience any of the detrimental effects. I rarely use a computer longer than 3 years, before I sell, give it away, or just stop using it.
Personally, I wouldn't worry about it. Your computer is well designed to give you a long life, even in the manner in which you describe. Take care of it, but use it for what you bought it for. Nothing you mention is in any way, abuse.

When you think about it, you'll have to agree that with this "description" we can't do much - other than advising you to "turn all sounds off"...
So, a better explanation of what type of noise and possibly in what situation it occured would be absolutely necessary.

Finally, I have a "clued in" boss who wanted a Macbook air. I have it, and I can get to the internet by supplying the correct proxy credentials. My issue is trying to connect him to windows shares on my network? I know how to do this cold for adding a PC, But need some 101 on how to take this awesome macbook air and add it to the domain and how to get connected to various shares within my DOMAIN. as well as use network printers (I assume that is pretty easy). . . I should add that I can ping the servers in question, I am just not familiar with how to connect to them via Mac. . .I am sure this is laughably easy, I am the king of making things difficult, I swear!

When you boot and you get 3 beeps and the system won't start up, that means you have a memory problem. This Apple note describes the tone/blinking lights in more detail. Since memory isn't user removable on the MBA's, you should take it into an Apple store or Apple Authorized Service Provider for service.

On the MBAir drag the iPhoto app to the Trash, empty the Trash.
Then try purchasing and downloading iPhoto.
You can re download iPhoto on all your authorized Macs. To authorize the MBAir, launch iTunes. From the menu bar click Store > Authorize This Mac. You will be prompted for your Apple ID and password.
Open the App Store. From the menu bar click Store > Sign In
Click Purchases from the top of the App Store window.
Select which apps you want to re download. Then right or control click where you see Installed then click Install.
Make sure and use the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

i saw that someone had updated to maverick and had the same battery issue and fan issue so I reset the SMC and everything is ok now

OK, I have the 30G w/video and it does that too. I've had it a year with no problems. My husband went on the treadmill with it a couple days ago and after a few songs it froze. I did the whole regime of toggling and pressing menu/select button, I put in on my Bose speaker/charger and it switched to very low battery warning. When I took it off to move to computer it said to connect to computer and use restore (in a few languages). I connected and it recognized it and I did restore and after a few minutes screen came up saying it could NOT restore. Then ipod was unrecognized and then ipod screen gave me the very sad little ipod picture with the support web site. At that point it began making the clicking nose - morris code does describe it but I was invisioning a little nano sprite in there with a chisel!!So, same as you, I go there and it's like a maze trying to find help!! Of course my warranty was up exactly 6 weeks ago!! I tried linking through all the stuff like finding a service provider in my area, contact the "knowledge base" etc., and I can't get anyone!
