My Macbook air is not charging.

Question

It's connected to a power source and is running off of this power source, but the battery itself is not charging.  I've already tried doing the shift-control-option-power button reset and it did not work.  My battery report is as follows:

I have a similar problem. My macbook air will not turn on unless it is plugged in, but it is not charging. It says "Battery is not charging Power source: Power adapter". The battery percentage remains the same. If i turn off the charger or remove the magsafe 2, my macbook air will automatically turn off. I have tried SMC but it has not worked either.
My macbook air is only less than 3 months old and I'm unsure what the problem is, my adapter or the battery.
