My MacBook has recently become really slow and im not sure how to fix it.

Over the past few weeks my macbook has become extremely slow, would anybody have any ideas of how to fix it?

One possibility is that your hard drive has become full to the point that it is hindering the speed of your MacBook. Many experts believe that your hard drive should have about 15% of its space free.
You can check your hard drive's free space by selecting it on the desktop and then typing command + i (or going to the File menu and selecting Get Info.) In the information that appears look for the capacity and available space.
If it turns out that disk space is part of your issue, you may want to see about reducing the amount of disk space in use on the hard drive. Let us know, there are a number of things you can do for this.

Several ways. Open a Finder window & the info will be at the very bottom of the window frame. Also, if you open Disk Utility, click your hard drive, the info will be listed in DU. If your HD is shown on your desktop, click on it. Also, the info can be found inside the System Profiler.

Use the sim tool that came with your phone or a safety pin and just insert it into the hole at the side of the sim tray and push it in and then pull it out. It is no more difficult than that and then just close it again.

I registered my new iPhone 5s to my usual Apple ID, however it isn't showing in my devices when I log in. I tried to register it by adding a new device, but it tells me it's already registered to a different Apple ID. I'm really not sure how to fix this.

When I check on the phone itself (iCloud and App Store settings) the Apple ID is correct. I'm not sure where else to check.
Whilst setting up the phone, it prompted me to register, which I did. Then when connecting to my laptop through iTunes it prompted me again so I registered again. I even got a confirmation email to the email address associated with my Apple ID that the registration was successful.
How can I add my iPhone 5s to the list of devices on the correct Apple ID?

If only the language is Hebrew, you should correct it in the Paragraph and Character Styles.
But in such a case I would expect more problems.
If you are a creative cloud subscriber you should additionally install the InDesign version, English with Hebrew support:
Go to the preferences of you CC.app. It is found behind the Gear Symbols on the top right.
When the preferences open, go to the Apps section.
Change the App Language to English with Hebrew support.
Now you can install it. It will install on the very same place where your InDesign program is found some additional plugins, which will give you access to Hebrew functionality, like RTL text. Otherwise you will inherit in the document (and where you copy and paste it from such a document into another one). But now you can change or repair problems.
Now repeatstep 1 + 2, but you need not to install your own language again. InDesign will now, when started, run in the language of your OS (when you have it installed in that language) but with more functionality to handle problems with Hebrew documents.
The same steps you would have to do with Arabic or Asian documents. These languages will also add more plugins. But keep it limitted to those language you need. I have installed it that way, because I get sometime documen where the text flows the wrong direction or the numbers come up in Farsi digit, not in Arabic digits. For such purposes I need versions in languages I don’t understand myself.

When using Connection Doctor to see what is could be causing the issue, look for the red dots to let you know what is wrong. Then all you have to do is correct that information. You can double click on the section that is giving you issue and it will take you there. Most issues could be just password being entered incorrectly. First, don't unsubscribe. This only tells the spammer that your email address is valid and they will send even more.
If this is only being sent from a few specific email addresses, you can set up a rules on icloud.com similar to the image below to send them to the trash. This describes how to set up a rule: http://help.apple.com/icloud/#mm6b1a3f8a.

There is no need to download anything to solve this problem.
You may have installed one or more of the common types of ad-injection malware. Follow the instructions on this Apple Support page to remove it. It's been reported that some variants of the "VSearch" malware block access to the page. If that happens, start in safe mode by holding down the shift key at the startup chime, then try again.
Back up all data before making any changes.
One of the steps in the article is to remove malicious Safari extensions. Do the equivalent in the Chrome and Firefox browsers, if you use either of those. If Safari crashes on launch, skip that step and come back to it after you've done everything else.
If you don't find any of the files or extensions listed, or if removing them doesn't stop the ad injection, ask for further instructions.
Make sure you don't repeat the mistake that led you to install the malware. It may have come from an Internet cesspit such as "Softonic" or "CNET Download." Never visit either of those sites again. You might also have downloaded it from an ad in a page on some other site. The ad would probably have included a large green button labeled "Download" or "Download Now" in white letters. It was running fine until the last couple months when my microsoft office started to act a bit weird. But the speed was still fine until the last few weeks.
I don't very often turn off my mac which I've read to be a problem and that it should be switched off every now and then.
I also have repaired my startup HD and also cleared my disk spaces as suggested.
I've also tried the PRAM option and the OnyX option to give the computer a clean up and maintenance.
So when i first start up the macbook pro it would run ok with most of the applications i have. I check the CPU usage and its all Ok.
The one thing that takes up all of my CPU usage % is my safari web content. When i watch something on any site or on youtube, the whole macbookpro becomes really slow as all my RAM gets used up by the safari and safari web content. I've never realised how much it is meant to use up but I dont think it is meant to use up that much.
So then after watching something on youtube and such the macbook pro becomes extremely slow and sluggish and will need a restart to run normally
Can I please have some suggestions on what is wrong and how to fix it?

From the Safari menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences ▹ Extensions
Turn all extensions OFF and test. If the problem is resolved, turn extensions back ON and then disable them one or a few at a time until you find the culprit.
If you wish, you may be able to salvage the errant extension by uninstalling and reinstalling it. Its settings will revert to their defaults. If the extension still causes a problem, remove it permanently or refer to its developer for support.

I am getting a run time error message when I am trying to reinstall itunes and I'm not sure how to fix it. Can someone tell me what I need to do to get itunes back? Thanks!

I'm not sure how or why this is happening and it has just started...I tried to update and then it would not allow me to open the file at all giving me a runtime error message and multiple windows (because of the help feature). It has been successfully reinstalled but I'm still getting the error message...what do I do?
