My MacBook pro connects perfectly to the Internet but it doesn't work?

I'm connected to my wireless network perfectly, but the Internet is not working with firefox, safari or chrome. I tried pinging google.com and the response was 4 packets transmitted, 0 packets received, 100% packet loss
This leads me to believe that it's a problem with the network ratherthan with my computer, but I'm not particularly computer savvy so I have no idea really

Ok, I have no idea what's up with it. My roomate's computer and my iphone work perfectly with the network's wifi but mine doesn't work at all. It works with the ethernet but the wifi doesn't. Any ideas at all?
I don't think it's a problem with my airport since it works perfectly everywhere else.

Go into your system preferences and click the startup disk icon then select your Mac HD.

Levi G B ... Also found another thread by Davidfromsurfside on 10/14/11 0703A with the same problem. I responded on his thread "I have the same problem. IOS5 on iPad1, iPad2 and iPhone4S all with iCloud on. Lion 10.7.2 installed on my MacBookPro and iCloud set up/on. Any new iCal entry on either iPad or on the iPhone ends up via iCloud on both iPads and iPhone. BUT NOT ON THE MacBookPro. And iCal entry on the MacBookPro does NOT GET SENT to iCloud.com or to either iPad or the iPhone. This is a huge problem for me because I do all my office scheduling on the iPad or iPhone but rely on the MakeBookPro to print out daily client lists. puis lancez la recherche.
Ainsi, vous allez trouver vos modèles personnalisés dans leur dossier.
Chez moi, il y en a une kyrielle en dehors des dossiers standards parce que je renomme wxcvb.template quasiment tous mes documents Pages et wxcvb.nmbtemplate à peu près tous mes documents Numbers.
Ainsi, quand je travaille sur un document, je ne suis pas ralenti par Autosave.

Try rebooting and then try it. If it continues contact iTunes store support because it may be an error inside their system.
