Try rebuilding the mailbox. This can take awhile if you have a lot of mail.

That is becaause the disc you are using is for an older version of OS X, more then likely Snow Leopard, and will not install because you are now running a newer version of OS X, Lion.
Your only option is to download Lion frim the internet to re-install it or buy the Lion install USB thumb drive from Apple.

well turn it off and see if that makes a change. After all IDLE is a server technology. If Google supports it and Yahoo does not then configuring Thunderbird the same means nothing. (I have no idea if Yahoo support it or not)

All extensions are available in and can be used Photoshop CC. I have reinstalled CC and Extension Manager to the most recent releases and the Adobe extensions are still not available in Photoshop CC 2014. What should I do now?

There is only one fix now. The message on the screen means that you have to restore the iOS software on the iPad now. Read the part at the very end about using recovery mode.

The Other items could be items in the OS X folders such as the System folder and caches, personal information such as documents, contacts, calendar data, App Plugins or extensions, Media files that cannot be classified by Spotlight as a media file because they are located inside of a package, file types not recognized by Spotlight. iDevices are not and have never been backup devices.
Authorizing a computer does not cause media to magically appear.
Media is only where the user puts it.
Copy the ENTIRE iTunes folder from the old computer to the new computer.

You need to delete the trial & then reinstall from the boxed DVD or the Mac App Store. The files to delete are the iWork ’09 folder from the main HD > Applications; the iWork ’09 folder in HD > Library > Application Support & the individual iWork application plist files found in HD > Users > (your account) > Library > Preferences for each user.
Yvan Koenig has written an AppleScript that removes the files. You can find it on his box.com account in for_iWork'09 > other_iWork'09 items > uninstall iWork '09.zip.

Try resetting your phone, hold the home and sleep/wake button down until the apple symbol comes up, then release. If that doesnt work, you may have damaged your phone and need to take it to an apple genius bar.

If you are using Safari then try clearing its cache : Settings > Safari > Clear Cache (and Clear History)
If that doesn't work then try closing Safari completely and then re-open it : from the home screen (i.e. not with Safari 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Safari app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
A third option is a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
